Lens joins the Thought Industries Academy to form the Customer Knowledge AI Platform, turning fragmented customer and product knowledge into trusted guidance everywhere customers and AI agents look for answers

SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Thought Industries today launched Lens, a first-of-its-kind AI product, and unveiled the Customer Knowledge AI Platform, creating a breakthrough way for businesses to help customers succeed with their products.

Customer and product leaders face a growing problem: customer knowledge lives in silos across systems and teams, while AI is now everywhere customers look for guidance. Every tool can answer fast. Not every tool answers right. When answers contradict each other or fall out of date, customers get stuck, trust erodes and product adoption slows, putting retention and growth at risk. That’s the exact challenge Thought Industries is solving with its new platform.

Unveiling the Customer Knowledge AI Platform

The Thought Industries Customer Knowledge AI Platform brings fragmented customer knowledge together so businesses can deliver trusted, accurate guidance wherever customers and AI agents need it. At the core of the platform is a proprietary governed AI knowledge layer that gives businesses visibility into what they know, the ability to reconcile conflicting or outdated information, and control over what can be trusted. It works quickly and proactively, before guidance reaches customers and AI agents across the systems businesses already use. Nothing to move. Nothing to rebuild.

Rather than relying on existing approaches alone –– such as MCP connectors, AI built into individual systems and other AI tools that primarily find and access existing information –– Thought Industries’ Customer Knowledge AI Platform breaks down knowledge silos across scattered sources, governing what customers and AI agents can rely on. That trusted and accurate guidance can then be delivered everywhere, while every interaction makes the knowledge behind the next one better.

“AI agents are only as smart as the context behind them. When every agent is working from a different version of product knowledge, they can simply spread wrong answers faster,” said Irana Wasti, CEO of Thought Industries. “AI made answers abundant. Now the problem is knowing what to trust when the sources don’t agree. Search and retrieval alone can find information, but they don’t resolve conflicts between sources. Our Customer Knowledge AI Platform does. When customers get what they need to succeed with a product, they use more, buy more and stay longer.”

Introducing Lens: AI Agents That Put Customer Knowledge to Work

To launch its Customer Knowledge AI platform, Thought Industries is introducing Lens, the first AI solution purpose-built to eliminate fragmented customer knowledge and accelerate product adoption. Powered by knowledge agents, Lens connects, governs and continuously improves customer knowledge, delivering trusted guidance and intelligent actions wherever customers and AI agents need them. Together with Thought Industries Academy, Lens is the pivotal AI solution needed to form the Customer Knowledge AI Platform and break the knowledge silos holding customers back, once and for all.

“Often the information a user is searching for lives in different systems, not just our courseware,” said Clyde Seepersad, Senior Vice President & General Manager, Education at The Linux Foundation. “We’re excited to put Lens to work. It will bring that knowledge together and make it useful wherever our customers are looking for help, including through AI. Most importantly, we maintain control over the information being surfaced while also learning from the questions customers are asking. That gives us a much clearer picture of what customers need, where they’re getting stuck and how we can help them get more value from our products.”

How Lens works:

  • Connect sources instantly. Lens instantly plugs into the knowledge sources businesses already have, from their academy and product documentation to the help center, blog and more. Those sources stay where they are. No technical projects needed.
  • Agents resolve and govern. Lens knowledge agents work across what businesses know about their customers, what customers need to know about the product, and what businesses learn from their questions. They surface contradictions, apply governance rules that users set in plain language and help keep guidance accurate and current as products change.
  • Deliver trusted guidance everywhere. Lens makes that guidance available wherever customers and AI agents acting for them need it –– whether inside the product, in the academy, through support, on the web or in their AI tool of choice. It adapts to the moment, from a quick reply or walkthrough to a video or deeper learning. Lens agents can also take the next step and complete workflows.
  • See and learn from every interaction. With Lens, customer questions don’t disappear into an AI black box. Every question and interaction feeds back into the knowledge layer, showing where customers are getting stuck, where gaps exist and how well answers are working. That helps improve what customers get next.

Together, these capabilities create a closed loop: every interaction improves the knowledge behind the next one.

With the launch of Lens and the Customer Knowledge AI Platform, Thought Industries is moving beyond traditional customer education to help businesses turn fragmented knowledge into a competitive advantage. By delivering trusted, intelligent guidance wherever customers learn, ask, and act, Thought Industries is helping businesses accelerate product adoption, deepen customer relationships, and drive growth through the success of their customers.

Lens is available now in Beta. To learn more about Lens and the Customer Knowledge AI Platform, please visit: www.thoughtindustries.com/lens

PITTSBURGH, Oct. 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The U.S. Navy and GSA have quadrupled the ceiling value on Gecko Robotics‘ contract for slashing maintenance delays and improving fleet readiness to $300 million, just six months after an initial $71m IDIQ contract award. This fourfold expansion will accommodate rapid robotic deployment across the Navy and is one of the strongest public endorsements yet of operational AI and robotics in defense, signaling the Pentagon’s confidence that it is a core military capability that is delivering results, not experimental technology.

Gecko’s AI and robotic technology can save the U.S. Navy up to $8 million in repair costs per ship and return vessels to sea quicker by identifying structural issues up to 50 times faster than traditional methods—reducing inspections from months to days.

Central to the expansion is Komodo, a proprietary Gecko robotic technology system. Komodo scans through thick, non-skid deck coatings without stripping or damaging them, giving the Navy the ability to see the health of assets without taking it apart. It produces a full-deck heatmap of corrosion and material thickness, enabling repair teams to pinpoint damage and plan work before a ship enters drydock, which was previously possible only after maintenance had begun.

“The conversation around AI and robotics in defense is no longer about experimental technology. It’s about delivering measurable and impactful returns,” said Jake Loosararian, co-founder and CEO of Gecko Robotics. “With savings of millions of dollars per ship, months of inspections turning into days and warships returning to sea faster, the U.S. Navy is demonstrating to the world how to deploy technology at scale. We’re proud to give our servicemembers the tools they need to stay ahead of emerging threats.”

The ceiling increase comes as the Department of the Navy places greater emphasis on fleet readiness as a national security priority as every additional day a warship spends in maintenance reduces its ability to deter adversaries, respond to crises, and project power around the world. The Chief of Naval Operations has set a target of 80% fleet readiness, which Gecko will have a crucial role in helping to meet.

Gecko’s wall-climbing robots, drones, and fixed-sensors collect an unprecedented amount of data on the health of U.S. Navy ships and submarines, including components, hulls, decks and welds, with AI being used to create accurate models to identify any current and future structural issues, even ones that cannot be seen by the human eye.

About Gecko Robotics
Gecko Robotics combines advanced robotics and AI-powered software to build, operate and modernize the world’s most critical infrastructure.

Using robots that climb, crawl, fly and swim, Gecko is able to collect an unprecedented amount of data on the built world, whether that’s with Fortune 100 companies in energy, oil and gas, and manufacturing sectors around the world, or the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy to protect and optimize nuclear submarines and aircraft carriers.

Through our AI-powered platform, Cantilever, Gecko transforms the massive datasets collected by robots into actionable insights that enable data-driven, evidence-based decisions on structures, delivering an ROI for customers.

Canadian company recognized for technology that automates and swarms ultra-heavy-lift drones for wildfire response

SQUAMISH, British Columbia, Oct. 19, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — FireSwarm Solutions, a Canadian company that develops dual-use technology to automate drones for fire suppression and critical logistics, has been named to Cleantech Group’s 2026 Cleantech 50 to Watch. The annual list spotlights the early-stage companies best positioned to shape the next wave of cleantech innovation.

Selected through nominations and votes from Cleantech Group’s expert panel, this year’s 50 honorees span 12 countries. Canada is the second-most represented country with 11 companies, behind only the U.S.

FireSwarm was recognized in the list’s extreme heat resilience theme. Coming off a summer of punishing heat waves, Cleantech Group expects 2027 to be the year extreme heat resilience becomes a category of its own. Cleantech Group’s report notes that while wildfire detection has matured, resilience now depends on better suppression technology at the peak-burn stage. FireSwarm is one of three companies on the list it highlights as ready to address fires once they’ve broken out.

“Being named to the Cleantech 50 to Watch is a strong signal that wildfire suppression is now seen as core climate infrastructure, not just emergency response,” said Alex Deslauriers, CEO of FireSwarm Solutions. “Detection tells us where a fire is. The real gap is helping crews act earlier, whether that means supporting mobilization or delivering suppressant, often in conditions too dangerous for crewed aircraft. Automated swarms of ultra-heavy-lift drones will help extend firefighting into nighttime and low-visibility conditions.”

FireSwarm’s technology is designed to work across drone sizes, makes and models, automating swarms matched to each mission that can operate when traditional aircraft and crews are grounded. The company continues to advance its autonomous swarm technology, with AI at the core of its roadmap.

This year’s list arrives as Cleantech Group describes a shift from the “green premium” to a “sovereignty premium,” with buyers and investors prioritizing energy, supply and climate security. “With certainty, we’ve exited the days of the green premium,” said Anthony DeOrsey, Research Manager at Cleantech Group. “We’re now firmly entering the age of the sovereignty premium that is likely to define the late 2020s.”

Led by Vertex Ventures SEA & India with participation from Hitachi Ventures, the round will scale RapidCanvas’ Hybrid Approach™, pairing its AI platform with field AI engineers.

AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 16, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — RapidCanvas, the managed AI execution company pioneering the Hybrid Approach to deliver custom AI solutions at SaaS economics, has raised $29 million in Series B funding led by Vertex Ventures SEA & India with participation from Hitachi Ventures. Existing investors Accel, Peak XV Partners, Valley Capital Partners and Titanium Ventures also participated in the round. The financing brings total funding to $52.5 million. The raise follows 8x growth in annual recurring revenue over the past six quarters as enterprises demand outcomes from custom AI in production. More than 40% of RapidCanvas’ customers now run multiple AI use cases in production.

RapidCanvas pairs its AI platform with field AI engineers to deliver custom AI solutions. AI engineers learn each customer’s business processes, design and build custom AI applications, and stay accountable for the applications’ outcomes after delivery. The RapidCanvas AI platform brings together three products: The Enterprise Context Engine™ lets an enterprise capture how a business process runs, from requirements and tribal knowledge to data schemas and decision history, and the enterprise owns that context. The Visual Development Canvas lets AI engineers rapidly build custom AI solutions that meet industry benchmarks, drawing on a skills library that gives each new solution a 60% head start from proven, benchmarked code. The Operational Harness manages and governs AI solutions once they’re deployed in production. RapidCanvas offers its Hybrid Approach at subscription pricing, changing the economics of enterprise AI.

So far in 2026, more than 75 enterprises in manufacturing, financial services, retail, business services and infrastructure have made 1.4 million AI-led decisions with applications built on RapidCanvas.

“AI can be the great equalizer, but so far its biggest wins have gone to the Fortune 100. We want to give every enterprise the same opportunity,” said Rahul Pangam, co-founder and CEO of RapidCanvas. “Vibe coding has made it easy to start building with AI. Getting AI into production reliably and safely still remains the biggest gap. Our growth over the past six quarters is evidence that AI in enterprises is moving beyond pilots into production and real operations.”

RapidCanvas serves an underserved market: enterprises with $100 million to $10 billion in revenue that have AI budgets and C-suite mandates but no proven path to outcomes. These companies are caught between services firms that charge millions and take months to deliver, and do-it-yourself platforms that require specialized AI talent most of them don’t have. In conversations with more than 400 business leaders, RapidCanvas found that most C-level executives expect a return on AI within six to 12 months, yet very few have moved beyond pilots and proofs of concept.

“Most enterprises are still searching for real returns on their AI spend. RapidCanvas delivers them by pairing an AI platform that compounds with every deployment and field AI engineers who own the outcome end to end. The proof is in the customer pull: enterprises keep expanding into new use cases and functions. We’re excited to lead this Series B and back a team that has built and scaled this playbook before.” said Piyush Kharbanda, General Partner at Vertex Ventures SEA & India.

“Enterprise AI will ultimately be measured by the economics of delivering outcomes at scale. RapidCanvas combines hands-on engineering with a productized platform, allowing what starts as custom delivery to become increasingly repeatable and scalable. That shift from services economics toward software economics is core to our AInomics thesis at Hitachi Ventures, and we’re glad to partner with the team as they scale,” said Radhika Ananth, Head of India and Investment Director at Hitachi Ventures.

RapidCanvas will use the Series B funding to grow its go-to-market teams and expand its network of private equity and advisory partners, who bring managed AI execution to their portfolio companies and clients as a repeatable path to value. It will also grow its field AI engineering team across the U.S., Brazil and India. The company will invest in all three of its products: deepening the Enterprise Context Engine, growing the skills library behind the Visual Development Canvas, and strengthening governance in the Operational Harness.

Hotdesk.com_Expands_To_2,000+_Locations_in_Europe
European footprint surges 192% to 2,078 locations across 38 countries, up from 712 locations in 20 countries at the beginning of 2026.

Network now spans 642 cities region-wide, including 18 new country markets across the Nordics, Central Europe and the Balkans.

Top 10 cities: London, Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Brussels, Berlin, Rome, Amsterdam and Lisbon.

Top 10 countries: United Kingdom, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Switzerland and Sweden.

Global network surges 235% year-to-date to 7,600+ locations in 126 countries.

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, Oct. 16, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Hotdesk.com, an independent flexible workspace marketplace, today announced the expansion of its European footprint to 2,078 locations across 38 countries, representing 192% growth from 712 locations in 20 countries at the beginning of the year.

The expansion spans 642 cities region-wide, establishing coverage across nearly every major city on the European continent, with 18 new country entries across the Nordics, Central Europe and the Balkans. It’s part of a global network that has surged 235% since the start of 2026 to 7,600+ locations across 126 countries and 2,100+ cities.

What This Means

Hotdesk.com connects companies and individuals to co-working spaces, serviced offices, and flexible workspace through a unified booking platform. The European expansion gives customers access to more than 2,000 locations across major metro areas, spanning desks, meeting rooms, and private offices, from hourly to annual terms, plus enterprise packages for employee mobility. As an asset-light marketplace, Hotdesk.com does not hold leases on the spaces it lists — each space is owned and operated by an independent host or operator.

“What excites us about this expansion isn’t the number of cities — it’s the people in them: a business meeting in London, a founder building something in Lisbon’s startup scene, or someone who needs a desk for a week in a city she’s never worked from before. Hotdesk exists for all of them, to access workspaces on-demand and belong, everywhere,” said Mohamed Khaled, Founder & CEO of Hotdesk.

“Our European network nearly tripled this year without adding a single lease to our balance sheet,” said Giles Heyring, President of Hotdesk. “That’s the advantage of an asset-light, rapidly scalable tech company that doesn’t hold property.”

“Spain’s strength in this expansion traces back to its position as our first market in Europe, which gave us an early foothold,” added Mohamed ElSarrag, Co-founder & COO of Hotdesk.

About Hotdesk.com

Hotdesk.com is an independent flexible workspace marketplace operating in 126 countries and 2,194 cities worldwide. The platform connects businesses and individuals to co-working spaces and serviced offices through a unified booking experience. Brooks Campus #1 draws multiple written, non-binding expressions of interest from prospective high-performance computing customers; partners intend to complete community engagement before any regulatory filings

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Oct. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — FingerMotion, Inc. (Nasdaq: FNGR) (“FingerMotion” or the “Company”) today announced its participation, through its strategic development relationship with BlueFlare Group Holdings Inc. (“BlueFlare”), in a planned energy park in east-central Alberta. The park is intended to be held by an Alberta-based, Canadian-controlled landowner and designed around Alberta’s “bring your own power” framework, with on-site natural-gas-fired generation and battery storage that would add new supply rather than draw on the provincial grid. The plan contemplates development of up to 500 MW in 75 MW phases for high-performance computing and digital infrastructure customers. The first phase is planned at 75 MW, subject to completion of the land acquisition, local land-use approvals, Alberta Utilities Commission approval of the generation facilities, gas supply arrangements and project financing.

Alberta Energy, Built in Phases

The park is designed to be powered by Alberta natural gas and to add new generating capacity in the province rather than compete with homes, farms and businesses for existing grid supply. Development in 75 MW phases is intended to allow regulators, local authorities and surrounding communities to assess each stage before the next proceeds.

Listening First

Before filing any regulatory applications, the partners intend to carry out a full participant involvement program under Alberta Utilities Commission requirements. This is expected to include open houses in the surrounding communities, direct engagement with landowners and residents, engagement with Indigenous communities, and work with local authorities on land-use approvals.

BlueFlare’s practice is to hire locally first and to work with Alberta contractors and suppliers. The partners intend to pursue training partnerships in the region and to design the park so that its benefits, including jobs, infrastructure and long-term economic activity, remain in the communities that host it.

Customer Interest at Brooks Campus #1

At Brooks Campus #1, FingerMotion’s permitted 9.9 MW campus in the County of Newell and the first site in its previously announced 99 MW Alberta build program, BlueFlare has received multiple written, non-binding expressions of interest from prospective high-performance computing customers. BlueFlare, acting as FingerMotion’s development and marketing partner, is evaluating these proposals on contract term, creditworthiness and fit with the campus design, and expects to recommend a lead offtake customer to FingerMotion. Any definitive agreement remains subject to negotiation and execution. There can be no assurance that any expressions of interest will result in a definitive agreement.

Management Commentary

“Our strategy is to pair near-term capacity at sites like Brooks Campus #1 with a deep pipeline of behind-the-meter power,” said Jolie Kahn, Chief Executive Officer of FingerMotion. “Alberta’s natural gas resources and its framework for projects that bring their own power allow us to bring capacity online in phases as customers commit.”

“Projects like this succeed in Alberta when they are built with the communities around them, not just near them,” said Landon Ruszkowski, Chief Executive Officer of BlueFlare. “The interest in Brooks Campus #1 confirms the demand is real. Our focus now is selecting the right long-term customer for the site and the community, not simply the first one, and listening to the people who live and work in the region before we build.”

Membership builds on ROC’s NIST #1 global ranking for age estimation and commitment to accurate, privacy-preserving age assurance technology

DENVER, CO, Oct. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Rank One Computing Corporation d/b/a ROC (Nasdaq: ROC) (“ROC” or the “Company”), a U.S. leader in Vision AI, building unified biometric, video analytics, and digital evidence solutions, today announced that it has joined the Age Verification Providers Association (“AVPA”), a global trade body representing organizations across the age-assurance industry. ROC’s membership follows its recent achievement of #1 global ranking in age estimation accuracy as determined by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (“NIST”) Face Analysis Technology Evaluation for Age Estimation and Verification (“FATE AEV”) and represents the Company’s alignment with the AVPA’s dedication to the global age-assurance market.

“Joining the AVPA strengthens ROC’s role in advancing secure, privacy-conscious age assurance,” said Blake Moore, ROC Chief Operating Officer. “As global age-gating requirements continue to expand, businesses face the challenge of protecting minors and meeting regulatory obligations without compromising privacy or creating unnecessary friction. The AVPA provides an important forum for ROC to engage with industry leaders, policymakers, and regulators as the market evolves.”

“We first noticed ROC through strong performance in NIST evaluations of their facial age estimation technology, which is an important, inclusive, and convenient option in the rapidly expanding and innovative sector we represent. We appreciate their decision to support our work promoting privacy-preserving, standards-based age assurance around the world,” said Iain Corby, Executive Director of the AVPA.

To further expand access to its age-assurance technology, ROC recently launched its first SaaS offering through an Age Estimation API designed to help digital platforms and enterprise businesses integrate facial age estimation into their age assurance workflows.

The AVPA is a global, not-for-profit trade body representing organizations that provide, support, or audit age verification and age-assurance services. Its members commit to principles focused on fairness, transparency, privacy, and security by design, accuracy, and appropriate verification methods. Annual Awards Program Recognizes Breakthrough Innovation in Automotive & Transportation Technologies Around the Globe

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — AutoTech Breakthrough, a leading market intelligence organization that recognizes the top companies, technologies and products in the global automotive and transportation technology markets, today announced that Trailer Park Assist from AUMOVIO has won “Smart Parking Solution of the Year” in the 7th annual AutoTech Breakthrough Awards program.

AUMOVIO Trailer Park Assist is an intelligent parking feature designed to streamline maneuvering trailers into tight or challenging spaces. The technology leverages advanced sensors and control algorithms to ensure the trailer follows the optimal trajectory to the user-defined destination. Drivers define their own custom trailer parking spot, and the system automatically guides the vehicle and trailer into that exact location. After the driver sets the desired spot once, the system precisely memorizes its position and orientation, allowing the vehicle to perform all steering inputs required for a smooth and accurate parking maneuver.

The solution delivers full autonomy, adapting to whatever situation and input a driver needs. In a marked lot, AUMOVIO’s system detects open spots on its own and parks the trailer automatically, no input required. Off-grid, such as at a campsite, a job site, or a driveway, the driver sets the target on the in-vehicle display, and the system plans and executes the maneuver. AUMOVIO’s technology also allows drivers to use the in-vehicle screen and the vehicle’s cameras to view surroundings and select exactly where the trailer needs to go in tight, complex spots where sightlines from the cab are not sufficient, such as a loading dock or a narrow gap between structures. The system then automatically backs the trailer into the spot. AUMOVIO’s satellite and surround-view camera technology provides reliable, high-quality environmental perception for precise trailer maneuvering, even in rain, snow, or bright sunlight.

The driver can also step outside the vehicle for a clearer view of the surroundings and set the target using an augmented reality (AR) mobile app. The app is designed to capture the trailer’s dimensions and footprint, then lets the driver drag and drop it into place on their phone screen. Once the spot is set, the system memorizes the exact position and orientation and smoothly and accurately handles the steering.

“Built on advanced sensors and control algorithms, Trailer Park Assist doesn’t just automate a maneuver; it restores confidence to drivers who dread towing altogether,” said Ibro Muharemovic, Head of Autonomous and Commercial Mobility, AUMOVIO North America. “We’re proud to accept this award from AutoTech Breakthrough. Our solution eliminates the need to choose between automation and control, or between simplicity and precision in hard-to-see spaces. It is one platform with three ways to engage for one important outcome: a stress-free park.”

The transportation technology sector is rapidly redefining the way people and goods move, transforming one of the world’s largest and most vital industries. From autonomous driving technologies and advanced driver-assistance systems to connected vehicle platforms, electrification, and sustainable mobility solutions, transportation technology is delivering greater safety, efficiency and environmental responsibility.

The mission of the annual AutoTech Breakthrough Awards program is to recognize the innovators transforming the global automotive and mobility landscape with breakthrough technology. The program conducts a comprehensive analysis of the companies redefining how vehicles are designed, manufactured, driven and maintained. From autonomous driving platforms and connected vehicle software to AI-driven safety systems, IoT-based fleet and telematics monitoring, and next-generation electrification and battery innovations, these innovations are enabling automotive companies to operate more efficiently, deliver safer and smarter transportation, and shape the future of how the world moves.

“AUMOVIO offers a complete answer to trailer parking. Slow, high-stakes, and one misjudged inch from costly damage, parking a trailer is one of the most stressful maneuvers a driver can face. Traditional solutions only solve one version of the problem, such as systems for marked lots, or ones built around a single input method. Drivers are left patching together workarounds depending on where they are,” said Bryan Vaughn, Managing Director, AutoTech Breakthrough. “Built to improve convenience, confidence, and safety, AUMOVIO Trailer Park Assist helps eliminate the stress that often comes with reversing and parking a trailer, especially in confined spaces or areas with limited visibility. We’re excited to award AUMOVIO with ‘Smart Parking Solution of the Year.’”

TruGolf Links engages Polymath for professional services & an on-chain cap table on Polymesh, facilitating issuance infrastructure and compliance as its franchise network scales toward more than 221 committed locations

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Oct. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — TruGolf Holdings, Inc. (“TruGolf”) (NASDAQ: TRUG) today announced that its franchise subsidiary, TruGolf Links Franchising, LLC (“TruGolf Links”), has signed an intercompany agreement with Polymath Research Inc. (“Polymath”), TruGolf’s tokenization subsidiary, to provide professional services and move the TruGolf Links capitalization table onto Polymath’s regulated digital securities infrastructure.

The agreement comes six days after TruGolf completed its acquisition of Polymath on October 8, 2026, and is the first Polymath engagement signed inside the combined company. It also lays the groundwork for the equipment leasing program and fractional franchise ownership opportunities for qualified franchisees that TruGolf Links and Polymath are developing, with initial rollout targeted for the first quarter of 2027.

TruGolf Links is built on Regional Developers who acquire exclusive territories in markets of one million people or more. The network opened its flagship location at Plaza at Cherry Hill, New Jersey, in July, and its Regional Developers in New Jersey, New York, and Illinois represent commitments for more than 221 future locations. A franchise system that grows territory by territory needs ownership records that can keep pace. Under the agreement, Polymath will migrate TruGolf Links’ equity records to a tokenized cap table on Polymesh, a regulated blockchain designed for compliant assets, and build investor onboarding, identity verification, and transfer restrictions directly into the token, designed to facilitate compliance with applicable securities law requirements and regulatory concerns.

The result is a single, real-time record of who owns what, with compliance written into the asset itself. For TruGolf Links, that means a cap table ready for scale as the network expands. According to Nate Larsen, President of TruGolf Links:

“TruGolf has spent more than forty years proving the game belongs indoors. Every bay we open runs on TruGolf’s trusted simulation technology. Now the business behind those bays runs on technology built for where we believe capital markets are heading. We built the future of how golf is played. This is the next chapter: how it’s owned.”

For Polymath, the engagement turns the thesis behind the acquisition into a working deployment. According to Natalie Hirsch, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of TruGolf and Interim CEO & CFO of Polymath:

“When we brought TruGolf and Polymath together, the thesis was clear: real operating businesses, paired with the infrastructure to modernize how they’re owned and financed. Six days after close, that thesis is live inside our own house. TruGolf Links is our first deployment, and it gives every growing private company a working model of what a tokenized cap table looks like in practice.”

Founded in 2017, Polymath introduced the ST-20 security token standard and, in 2021, launched Polymesh, its public, permissioned Layer-1 blockchain, where identity, compliance, and settlement are built into the chain itself.

2026 zSpace Program of Distinction honoree will show how one AR/VR ecosystem powers mobile, K-12, and workforce development healthcare training

SAN JOSE, Calif., Oct. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — zSpace, Inc. (OTC: ZSPC), a leading provider of augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR) learning solutions for education, today announced that HealthForce Kentucky, its 2026 Program of Distinction, will co-present at the 2026 National Health Science Conference (NCHSE) in Birmingham, Alabama. The session will share how the regional coalition uses immersive health science education to build Kentucky’s healthcare workforce across three settings: mobile outreach, the K-12 pipeline, and workforce development partnerships.

Shawna Kirkland, Chief Operating Officer of HealthForce Kentucky, and Brenda Berube, Ed.D., Director of Career and Technical Education (CTE) at zSpace, will lead VR & AR Transforming Health Science Training and Education on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, from 1:00 to 1:45 PM CT. The interactive session offers educators and program leaders a framework for integrating AR/VR across multiple health science pathways, paired with hands-on learning experiences.

A Statewide Response to a Workforce Emergency

HealthForce Kentucky was formed in 2022 after the state legislature declared an emergency to address the healthcare workforce shortage. Kentucky is projected to be short more than 16,000 registered nurses by 2030, and 54 of its 120 counties are designated Health Professional Shortage Areas, according to figures cited in the organization’s 2025 Annual Report.

The coalition unites nine colleges and universities, healthcare partners, and P–12 school districts across central and western Kentucky. It operates on a hub-and-spoke model: a 35,000-square-foot Innovation Center in Owensboro serves as the hub, while two mobile simulation labs carry training into rural communities.

One AR/VR Ecosystem, Three Pathways

HealthForce Kentucky deploys 80 headset-free zSpace AR/VR Laptops across its programs, now reaching 34 counties and more than 40 schools.

  • Mobile outreach: zSpace laptops travel with the HealthForce 1 and HealthForce 2 mobile labs, giving rural students hands-on exposure to healthcare careers in their own communities.
  • K-12 pipeline: Middle and high schools can check out zSpace laptops on request, bringing immersive Nursing and Allied Health instruction, including Anatomy & Physiology Dual Credit classes, to campuses without a dedicated lab.
  • Workforce development partnerships: A land-based computer lab at the Innovation Center anchors training for adult learners, and Kentucky workforce development partners can check out laptops to deliver immersive healthcare training at their own sites.

HealthForce Kentucky, 2026 zSpace Program of Distinction

“HealthForce Kentucky is proudly contributing in a meaningful way to accelerating students’ finding healthcare career paths. We are doing this by bringing one-of-a-kind resources to them, meeting them where they are. Using one flexible platform across our trucks, customized before each deployment to meet the needs of the school or requester, we are ensuring every learner receives a solid learning foundation, no matter where they live, and we are delivering educational resources to teachers and faculty that they don’t have to select, buy and maintain,” said Shawna Kirkland, Chief Operating Officer of HealthForce Kentucky.

Program-Wide Results

Since launching in late 2023, HealthForce Kentucky has engaged 22,727 participants through 542 events and delivered more than 341,000 learner contact hours. Partner institutions across the region have reported a 17% increase in healthcare program applications and a 6% rise in enrollment. In student surveys, 94% said the mobile labs gave them a deeper understanding of healthcare professions.

That impact earned HealthForce Kentucky the inaugural zSpace Program of Distinction in June 2026, recognizing implementations that demonstrate measurable student impact, instructional innovation, and a scalable vision for hands-on learning.

“HealthForce Kentucky has shown that immersive learning scales when it follows the learner, from a mobile lab in a rural county to a workforce training site. We’re proud to share the stage so other states can put this model to work,” said Paul Kellenberger, CEO of zSpace.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Oct. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — MOBIA Technology Innovations (“MOBIA”) today announced the completion of a management buyout led by Chris Peerless, formerly Vice President at MOBIA, who will lead the company as President and CEO.

The transition marks the next chapter for the more than 40-year-old Canadian technology company. With employees and customers from coast to coast, MOBIA will build on its strong foundation while investing in its people and capabilities across Data & AI, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.

“This is an incredibly exciting time for MOBIA,” said Chris Peerless, President and CEO of MOBIA. “We have talented people, incredible customers and relationships built over many years. This next chapter is about investing in that foundation — growing our team, deepening our expertise and building a proudly Canadian company ready for where technology is going next.”

Former owners Mike Reeves and Rob Lane have retained select resources which are being launched under a new brand, Kinovo Consulting. MOBIA and Kinovo intend to collaborate as partners

“We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built at MOBIA and excited for what comes next,” said Mike Reeves, former President of MOBIA. “Chris knows the business, our people and our customers, and we’re confident in his leadership and the future of MOBIA.”

The transition comes at a pivotal time for the technology industry, as AI moves rapidly from experimentation to real-world deployment. Bringing AI to life requires more than AI alone — it requires scalable infrastructure, the right data and software platforms, and cybersecurity integrated throughout.

“AI isn’t a single product or platform — it’s an entire technology stack,” said Martyn Jackson, Senior Director of Technology at MOBIA. “Our strength is understanding how that stack comes together, from accelerated compute, networking and infrastructure through to data, AI software and cybersecurity. We have the expertise to help customers take AI from an idea into a secure, production-ready environment.”

Investing in the Next Phase of MOBIA

MOBIA’s next phase of growth will include continued investment in Canadian talent, expanding its coast-to-coast team across technical and customer-facing areas, including solutions architecture and enterprise sales. This growth will strengthen MOBIA’s capabilities across Data & AI, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.

“Our ambition is to build something enduring,” said Peerless. “We want MOBIA to create opportunities for great people, be a trusted technology partner to our customers and continue building a company that Canada can be proud of. We have a tremendous foundation, and we’re just getting started.”

Headquartered in British Columbia, MOBIA will continue building on more than 40 years of experience, investing in its people, customers and technology ecosystem while growing its presence across Canada.
