Internationally recognized certification validates ROC’s information security management system and controls, which can help streamline security reviews and compliance checks for buyers in highly regulated markets

DENVER, CO, Nov. 04, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Rank One Computing Corporation d/b/a ROC (Nasdaq: ROC) (“ROC” or the “Company”), a U.S. leader in Vision AI, building unified biometric, video analytics, and digital evidence solutions, today announced that it has received ISO/IEC 27001 certification of its information security management system (“ISMS”) from an independent certification body accredited by the ANSI National Accreditation Board (“ANAB”). The certification covers the ISMS supporting the development, delivery, and operation of ROC’s software products, SaaS offerings, and supporting cloud infrastructure.

“Security and privacy are fundamental to ROC and align with how enterprise and government customers evaluate and procure technology,” said ROC Chief Operating Officer Blake Moore. “ISO 27001 is an independent validation of how we manage information security risk and protect sensitive data. It can also help reduce a potential procurement barrier as we scale ROC’s technology across regulated markets and other sectors with demanding security requirements.”

Achieving ISO 27001 certification provides the Company with independent validation of the security governance, risk management, and data-protection controls supporting ROC’s technology infrastructure. For ROC’s core enterprise and government customers, ISO 27001 provides a well-recognized security baseline that can streamline vendor-risk assessments and procurement reviews by demonstrating that ROC maintains an independently audited ISMS for managing sensitive information and security risk.

“Independent NIST evaluations of ROC’s algorithm performance and ISO 27001 certification of its information security management system provide complementary assurance. Together, these assessments can strengthen customer confidence in both the performance and governance of ROC’s technology,” added Mr. Moore.

ISO 27001 requires organizations to establish, maintain, and continually improve an information security management system addressing areas including risk assessment, access controls, incident response, business continuity, vendor management, and data protection. ROC believes the certification will strengthen its competitive position as it expands SaaS and Vision AI solutions into regulated markets where biometric, identity, and other sensitive data are subject to rigorous security and privacy requirements. The certification is valid for three years, subject to annual surveillance audits, and does not guarantee that security incidents will not occur.

SMEs are not shutting out AI systems such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity: 98.6% allow them access. Yet over eight in ten websites provide too little information about their services to explain their expertise and the problems they solve.

EINDHOVEN, The Netherlands, Nov. 04, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — These are the findings of the first InSpace AI Visibility Index, examining 481 Dutch SME websites across five sectors. Of the 433 accessible sites, 58.7% provide insufficient machine-readable context about the business and its services.

Across Europe, InSpace sees a fundamental shift in how people find and choose businesses: from search engines to conversations with AI assistants, and ultimately to agents that search, compare and help prepare decisions on their behalf. These assistants recognise no borders: an installer in Eindhoven is assessed by the same systems as a competitor in Antwerp or Düsseldorf. Technical accessibility alone is no longer enough. Businesses must explain their expertise, the problems they solve and the questions they answer in their market.

The common concern that businesses inadvertently block ChatGPT or Gemini proves largely unfounded: just 1.4% exclude AI crawlers. The door is open; there is simply little to read.

84.5% of sites lack a dedicated page or description for each service. Almost half (48.5%) also lack machine-readable information about the business itself.

InSpace sees this as the biggest opportunity. Many SMEs have years of specialist knowledge but barely explain it online. Those that do give AI assistants, and eventually agents, something to work with when customers ask about their field.

On a scale of 0 to 5, SME websites score an average of 2.35. IT services rank highest (2.76), legal services lowest (2.13).

Domain extensions also show a difference: 39.1% of sites using extensions such as .com or .eu provide insufficient context, compared with 62.1% of .nl sites.

Future measurements will track whether SME websites explain their expertise more effectively. The methodology is available on request.

“Business owners do not suddenly need to become AI experts. But they do need to explain what their company does well, which problems it solves and for whom. If their website barely answers those questions, the foundations are missing. Everyone is talking about becoming visible in AI. We see many businesses that have barely explained their own expertise online.”

International private markets technology and infrastructure company establishes local presence to support wealth firms, asset managers and ecosystem firms across Australia and New Zealand.

NEW YORK AND SYDNEY, Nov. 03, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Helm, the international private markets operating system backed by iAltA, today announced it has expanded into Sydney to support its growth across Australia and New Zealand.

The expansion establishes a local presence for Helm as product manufacturers, wealth firms and service providers across the region increasingly seek more efficient ways to structure, distribute and manage private market investments. James Wilkinson, former General Manager at iPartners, will lead Helm in the region.

Private markets are continuing to grow in scale across asset classes, investment structures and distribution channels, creating new opportunities for end investors but adding complexity for the firms that serve them. In Australia and New Zealand, that evolution is increasing the need for enterprise-grade infrastructure that can connect historically fragmented processes and point solutions across the investment lifecycle.

“Australia has developed a sophisticated and rapidly evolving private markets ecosystem, and we see a significant opportunity to support those firms that are broadening access to private markets,” said Gareth Lewis, Chief Business Officer of Helm. “Establishing a local presence allows us to work more closely with clients and partners in the region and bring technology and expertise that can help them manage the increasing complexity of private market investing.”

Helm helps private market participants reduce that complexity by connecting product and distribution with investor onboarding, transaction workflows and reporting. Its configurable technology is designed to help firms build.

The expansion to Sydney will give Helm an on-the-ground presence to work with clients and partners and build relationships across the Australian and New Zealand private markets ecosystem.

“Australia and New Zealand represent an exciting opportunity for Helm because of both the maturity of the wealth channel and the growing advisor and investor interest in private markets,” Wilkinson said. “Having a team on the ground means we can combine Helm’s global capabilities with a real understanding of how firms here operate, what their clients expect and simplify their processes to operate more efficiently so they can focus on what they do best.”

Check any photo for AI and see exactly which part was generated. Free, no account, and it works long after the watermark is gone.

DOVER, Del., Nov. 03, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Phrasly, an AI writing platform used by more than 5 million people, has released a free AI image detector that identifies AI generation in artwork and photos.

Generated images have reached the point where most people cannot identify them simply by looking at them. In a 2025 experiment by Microsoft’s AI for Good Lab, more than 12,500 participants were shown a mix of real photographs and AI-generated ones, and identified them correctly 62 percent of the time. With AI improving by the minute, expect those percentages to drop significantly in the coming months.

The industry’s answer has been to mark AI images at the source, with invisible watermarks and signed records written into the file. That holds up until someone takes a screenshot. The images that do the most damage are usually the ones that arrive carrying nothing at all, and that is exactly what Phrasly’s detector is for.

What Is the Phrasly AI Image Detector?

The detector returns three things on any image: a verdict on whether AI was involved, a confidence score, and a heatmap marking the areas it is reacting to. It is free to use, requires no account, and checks each image in memory rather than storing it.

It accepts JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, AVIF, and GIF files up to 20 MB, by upload, drag and drop, paste, or image link. It is the first detection tool Phrasly has built for images, alongside its AI text detector.

Why a Watermark Was Never Going to Be Enough

Watermarks and metadata come off by accident as often as on purpose. A screenshot removes them, as does a re-upload or a copy saved from a social feed. Many generators never add them in the first place.

So Phrasly trained its own model instead, on millions of real photographs and AI images from every major generator. The model reads the picture itself, so it does not depend on anything the file happens to carry.

In Phrasly’s own testing it is over 99 percent accurate with or without a watermark, on images from ChatGPT and DALL-E, Gemini, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, FLUX, Adobe Firefly, and others.

“A year ago most people could still spot an AI image if they looked closely enough,” said Victor Rijo, CEO at Phrasly. “That is no longer true, and by the time an image reaches the person who has to make a decision about it, it has been screenshotted and reposted enough times that whatever proof was in the file is gone. We built the detector to read the picture itself, because that is the part that survives.”

What Every Scan Checks

Every scan runs three checks.

The first is Phrasly’s own model, which reads the image directly. This is the check that still works once everything else has been stripped away.

The second is SynthID, an invisible watermark developed by Google DeepMind and applied by Google and OpenAI to images from their tools. When it is present, the verdict is conclusive.

The third is AI signatures. ChatGPT, Gemini, Adobe Firefly, Copilot, and FLUX sign the images they produce, and Phrasly verifies each signature against the official C2PA trust list.

Where the file carries nothing, the result rests on the model alone and the confidence score reflects how certain it is. Every check appears beside the verdict, so a reader can see which kind of answer they are looking at.

Catching the Photos That Are Only Partly AI

The harder case is the image that is only partly generated. Most pictures in circulation were not made from nothing. They are real photographs with one element changed: a swapped background, an added object, a retouched face. A verdict on the whole image is of little use there, because the honest answer is both.

Phrasly returns a heatmap instead, marking the area that was generated so a reader can look straight at it. The same model handles screenshots and re-uploads, which have lost their metadata entirely and were never going to be identified any other way.

Who Phrasly Built It For

The detector is built for anyone who needs to know an image is real before acting on it. That includes journalists checking a photograph before it runs, teachers reviewing artwork handed in as original work, moderators clearing listings and profile pictures, and buyers deciding whether the product in a photo actually exists.

What they share is the same risk. A wrong call means publishing something false, grading work that was never done, or paying for something that was never there. At the far end it means a fabricated image spreading as evidence during breaking news, standing behind an accusation against someone who was never there, or driving a scam that works because a photograph used to settle the question.

The check runs both ways, exposing an image that was generated and confirming one that was not.

Availability

The Phrasly AI Image Detector is available now at no cost, with no sign-up and no limit on the number of images. It accepts JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, AVIF, and GIF files up to 20 MB, by upload, drag and drop, paste, or image link, and each image is checked in memory rather than stored. The product page also presents four photographs and invites readers to identify the AI ones before showing what Phrasly found in each.

Engineering productivity platform LinearB’s latest research reports on coding boom

Boston, MA, Nov. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — LinearB, a Leader in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Developer Productivity Insight Platforms, today launched Agentic Studio, a key part of the next generation of developer productivity platforms.

Historically, productivity platforms gave engineering leaders metrics. LinearB now turns everything happening across software delivery into context that people and agents can consume and act on. Engineering leaders ask questions in plain language and get answers and next steps. They define the context surface with role-based access built in, and AI assistants help extend that context and build metrics, artifacts and dashboards. Coding agents receive that context, so they understand their task and environment better and make smarter decisions.

In LinearB’s Agentic Studio, the AI assistant builds a custom metric from a plain-language request.

Acting on that context matters more than ever. LinearB’s 2026 AI benchmarks, covering 2.7 million pull requests across more than 250 organizations, show that developers who use AI most heavily nearly doubled their merged pull requests year over year. Yet the software factory faces new problems. In LinearB’s 2026 Software Engineering Benchmarks Report, AI-assisted pull requests were 2.6 times larger than unassisted ones at the 75th percentile, and agent pull requests waited more than five times longer for review.

LinearB founders Ori Keren and Dan Lines.

“Context is the new king,” said Ori Keren, CEO and co-founder of LinearB. “We realized we hold a knowledge graph that nobody else has of everything happening across the software delivery lifecycle, and that’s exactly what agents and teams need to deliver high quality software, faster. So we rebuilt LinearB around it.”

LinearB’s effort skill, now in early access, matches a coding agent’s effort to the task. It gauges a change’s business relevance, complexity and risk using the code quality in the area, recent service incidents and ownership history. Low risk changes use less effort and fewer tokens. Complex, risky or high priority changes get more effort and careful, tested edits. More skills are on the way, focused on accelerating downstream stages of the software factory, such as review and merge.

In LinearB’s Agentic Studio, the AI assistant traces a cycle time spike to review delays and flags agent-opened PRs that have waited longest.

Kraken used LinearB’s MCP server with AI to find what was really slowing its code reviews. The answer wasn’t large changes. It was time zones and reviewer availability. Kraken cut review time at the 90th percentile by more than half in four months. “That’s the structural shift,” said Nik Sudan, engineering operations lead at Kraken. “It moves leaders from anecdote-driven to evidence-driven.”

The Agentic Studio is available now to all LinearB customers. Agent skills are available in early access.

Why it matters now
Engineering leaders have more data than ever and less time to use it. Boards and CFOs now ask whether AI spend is paying off, and a dashboard full of numbers doesn’t answer that. At the same time, coding agents write more of the code, and they start every task knowing nothing about the codebase’s history.

Productivity platforms have always been good at measuring. The next step is turning what they measure into action. That means answers for the people running engineering, and context for the agents doing more of the work.

What LinearB does
LinearB collects data from across the software delivery lifecycle and makes it usable. It normalizes data from different Git and project management systems into one model, matches each engineer’s identities across tools, and links every change from ticket to release. It adds AI attribution and industry benchmarks, so leaders can tell whether a number is good or bad.

The engineering context layer delivers that knowledge to people and to agents.

Engineering leaders ask questions in plain language, like where delivery is stuck, how their developers are doing and whether AI is paying off. Instead of reading a chart, they get an answer and a next step. They can build their own metrics and pull the same context into AI tools like Claude through MCP.

Coding agents get the same context through MCP and agent skills. The first skill, now in early access, matches an agent’s effort to the task. It checks how complex and risky a change is, using the code’s rework rate, recent incidents and ownership history. Simple, low risk changes use less effort and fewer tokens. Complex or risky changes get more effort and careful, tested edits, which raises quality where it matters most. The skill works with any coding agent, and leaders can see how often agents were routed to low, medium and high effort.

The platform is built for the enterprise, with role based access and guardrails on what agents can do.

Journey and milestones
LinearB started by giving engineering leaders visibility into how their teams deliver software. Years of integration work across the software delivery lifecycle gave it one of the largest datasets on how engineering teams work. Its 2026 Software Engineering Benchmarks Report drew on more than 8.1 million pull requests from 4,800 engineering teams in 42 countries. As AI coding tools spread, LinearB added AI attribution and connected to more of the tools teams use.

In 2026, Gartner named LinearB a Leader in its first Magic Quadrant for Developer Productivity Insight Platforms, for both its ability to execute and its completeness of vision. Early customer response to the context layer is strong. The AI assistant and MCP access show the highest user retention of any features LinearB has released.

“These are exciting times to rethink our role in the software ecosystem,” said Ori Keren. “Everyone else is focused on writing code. We realized we hold a knowledge graph of everything happening across the software delivery lifecycle, and that’s exactly what developers and agents need. So we rebuilt LinearB around it. We don’t build the software factory. We instrument it, so leaders know what to do next and agents make smarter decisions on every change.”

“For years, engineering leaders told us the same thing. Metrics are useful, but they don’t tell you what to do,” added Dan Lines, co-founder and COO of LinearB. “A dashboard says your cycle time is two days. So what? Now a leader can ask what to improve in their engineering organization and get a clear answer. And when that same context goes to coding agents, the platform isn’t just reporting anymore. It’s acting.”

Market trends
LinearB’s 2026 AI benchmarks, built from 2.7 million pull requests and 83,000 developers across 253 engineering organizations between February and May 2026, show why measuring AI isn’t enough on its own. The teams pulling ahead are the ones acting on what they learn.

  • Heavy AI users are pulling away. The typical developer who uses AI on at least 75% of coding days merged 96% more pull requests per week than a year earlier. The typical developer using no AI merged 3.6% fewer.
  • Adoption is shallower than the hype suggests. Even at elite organizations, AI assists only 54% of pull requests.
  • Agents still need people. At the 90th percentile, autonomous agents open 4.7% of pull requests. At elite organizations, 79% of agent pull requests merge within 30 days, compared with 92% of human only pull requests. At fair organizations, agent yield drops to 37%. The likely reason is ownership. When no developer owns an agent’s pull request, it often never merges.
  • AI code review is the fastest win. Pull requests with an AI review merge at the highest rate of any type and lift yield by up to five percentage points.
  • AI costs are climbing fast at the top. Token spend at the 90th percentile reached $35.20 per developer per coding day, up nearly 75% in three months, while the median barely moved.

Engineering leaders already use LinearB to answer the questions their boards are asking about AI. “I use LinearB data and charts directly in my board decks, because my board is specifically asking questions about our use of AI and what our ROI is,” said Ken Ringdahl, CTO of Emburse.

Forward-looking vision
The effort skill is the first in a library of agent skills. Each one turns LinearB’s context into an action an agent or a leader can take. Next, LinearB will focus on helping teams merge and govern AI generated code safely, and on cutting what engineering organizations spend on AI. The goal is the one productivity platforms have always promised, helping teams deliver better software faster. LinearB now does it by giving people answers and giving agents the context to act.

Kodiact Raises $2.5M to Help Manufacturers Get Ahead of Raw-Material Volatility

Pre-seed round led by Supply Change Capital, with participation from Green Circle Foodtech Ventures and Velocity Catalyst. Founders previously built companies acquired by DocuSign and Workday.

CHICAGO, Nov. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Kodiact, the intelligent simulation platform for direct materials sourcing, today announced $2.5M in pre-seed funding led by Supply Change Capital, with participation from Green Circle Foodtech Ventures and Velocity Catalyst. Kodiact helps food, beverage, and consumer goods manufacturers manage the raw materials that drive most of their product costs, replacing static annual sourcing plans with living strategies that update as markets move.

Between early 2023 and late 2024, cocoa prices rose nearly fivefold to a record high, forcing chocolate makers to raise prices. And cocoa isn’t an outlier. Since 2020, tariffs, climate-driven crop failures, and repeated supply shocks have made ingredients, packaging, and other direct materials harder to predict, and raw-material risk is now a regular topic in the boardroom. Yet the decisions behind these costs are still largely made in spreadsheets, using category strategies refreshed once a year.

Procurement leaders are moving to fix this: Chief Procurement Officers now put about 20% of their budgets toward procurement technology, nearly double the share in 2023, according to Deloitte. But most procurement software was built for indirect spend like office supplies and travel, leaving direct materials largely unaddressed.

Kodiact sits on top of existing ERP systems like SAP and Microsoft Dynamics and connects every material a manufacturer buys to the market forces that move its price. When a commodity spikes, Kodiact shows which products and margins are exposed, recommends what to do, and lets teams simulate a decision before it reaches the P&L. Every decision and its outcome is recorded in a single ledger, so a company’s buying judgment builds over time instead of resetting with each new hire.

Launched in May 2026, Kodiact already covers over 500 raw materials across 23 categories, delivering immediate impact for enterprise procurement leaders and earning recognition from industry analysts:

“Kodiact lets us model and rehearse our decisions before we make them. We’re pleased to be part of their early adopter program applying advanced AI capabilities to our category strategy,” said John Hutchinson, Director of Procurement at AG Barr.

“As the saying goes, vision without execution is hallucination. Kodiact finally brings a solution to direct materials that goes far beyond just category management. It matches the need for agility and velocity to actual capabilities,” said Bertrand Maltaverne, Director, Solution Intelligence, The Hackett Group.

The company was co-founded by CEO Steve Tucker and COO Dan Daehler, who have lived with this problem for their entire careers. Over 25 years working together, they built a procurement consultancy acquired by an SAP partner and an AI contract-management company acquired by DocuSign. Tucker most recently led sales at Evisort through its acquisition by Workday. CTO Jonathan Lee, a former founder and AI engineer, joined in 2026.

“When I was trading cocoa, the best buyers carried the whole market in their heads, and when they left, that knowledge left with them,” said Steve Tucker, Co-Founder and CEO of Kodiact. “Thirty years later, most manufacturers still manage their highest cost on spreadsheets. We built Kodiact so every buyer can see what’s coming, test their options, and act before volatility hits the bottom line.”

Investor Perspectives
“Direct materials are where manufacturers win or lose on margin, and where climate shocks and trade volatility hit first. Yet most sourcing decisions are still made on spreadsheets and strategies that are outdated within months,” said Shayna Harris, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Supply Change Capital. “Steve and Dan have spent 25 years inside this problem, and they’re building what procurement leaders have told us they can’t build themselves. Kodiact turns every sourcing decision into institutional knowledge that compounds over time, which is exactly the kind of resilience the food system needs.”

“For large manufacturers of food and beverage products, even incremental improvements in the accuracy and efficiency of purchasing decisions made for direct inputs can represent tens of millions in savings that drop to the bottom line,” said Stu Strumwasser, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Green Circle Foodtech Ventures.

“Kodiact is using AI to solve a massive problem in direct materials sourcing for food and beverage manufacturers. As more large manufacturers see these tools as a must-have, we anticipate rapid adoption,” said Desiree Vargas Wrigley, Founding GP of Velocity Catalyst.

The $2.5M in fresh funding will support three primary growth priorities:

  • Product: Expanding Kodiact’s market data, simulation, and AI agent capabilities.
  • Customers: Expanding enterprise deployments with food, beverage, and consumer goods manufacturers.
  • Go-to-market: Building strategic partnerships and expanding into other industries with high raw-material spend, including cosmetics, packaging, and chemicals.

About Kodiact
Kodiact is the intelligent simulation platform for direct materials sourcing. Built initially for food, beverage, and consumer goods manufacturers, Kodiact connects every material to its underlying price drivers and every decision to a single ledger, helping procurement teams turn market signals into strategy and action before volatility reaches the P&L. Singapore is the most active adopter of AI in Asia-Pacific and second in the world, with 61% of the population using AI tools, according to Stanford HAI’s 2026 AI Index. That usage is increasingly commercial. New Profound analysis of 1.8 million anonymised ChatGPT and Gemini conversations from users in Singapore found that the share of conversations where people are researching, comparing or buying products and services grew 23% between January and September 2026.

For brands across the region, this shift is making how they show up in AI answers a leadership-level priority. Profound’s AI Search insights and agentic workbench help marketing teams manage it, surfacing where their brand is winning or losing ground and deploying agents to close the gaps.

The Singapore headquarters will let Profound work more closely with these customers and meet growing demand across the region. The move follows Profound’s $180 million Series D in September, co-led by Sequoia Capital and Kleiner Perkins.

AI Marketing Transformation in Singapore

Profound will open its Singapore office in the Central Business District in Q4 2026. The company plans to hire more than 15 roles in Singapore over the next 12 months. These include a General Manager for Asia-Pacific, account executives, go-to-market associates, engagement managers and account managers. Members of Profound’s New York team will also relocate to Singapore for a year to help build the regional team and bring Profound’s ways of working to the new office.

James Cadwallader, Co-Founder and CEO said: “AI is the new front door to every business, and brands across Asia Pacific are moving fast to control how they show up. We’ve already seen that demand firsthand, with brands across the region coming to us before we had a single person on the ground. Singapore is the natural home for our next chapter. It’s where the region’s biggest brands make decisions, and it’s a country that takes AI seriously at the highest level.”

Marketing in the Era of the Agentic Web in Asia Pacific

Ling Yuan Chun, Senior Vice President and Head of Global Ventures, Singapore Economic Development Board, commented: “Profound is an innovative technology company that is transforming the digital marketing industry. The establishment of its Asia Pacific headquarters here epitomises the confidence that global AI companies have in Singapore as a well-connected hub to support their growth ambitions in the region. Profound will create new job opportunities in Singapore including management, go-to-market and headquarter roles, thereby enhancing our rapidly growing AI ecosystem. We look forward to supporting Profound’s growth in Singapore.”

The announcement coincides with Zero Click Singapore, held on 29th October at Raffles Hotel. It is the first time Profound has brought its Zero Click conference to Asia-Pacific, following Zero Click Sydney on 27 October. Profound also hosted a recruiting event in Singapore on 30 October to support local hiring.

Trifork Group AG
Company announcement no. 67/2026

Interim report for the quarter ending 30 September 2026

Trifork Group reports Q3 2026 organic revenue growth of 28% and adj. EBITDA growth of 40% driven by continued strong execution in Products and with public sector customers. The financial guidance for 2026 is narrowed within the original ranges.

Comment from Group CEO Jørn Larsen
“Q3 2026 was a strong quarter, driven by Products and solid execution with public sector customers. We completed the partial divestment of LabsX investment assets to Verdane, which led to an extraordinary dividend of DKK 3.00 per share, to be paid on 2 November.

Strategically, we continue our focus on product-led business. Products revenue grew organically by 96% in Q3, and by 25% excluding hardware revenues related to data centre contracts. Products contributed more than half of EBITDA over the last 12 months, up from around one-third one year ago. Products are mostly sold on long-term contracts at higher margins than the Group average, and the shift is visible in Group earnings: in the first nine months, EBIT increased by 73% and EPS by 200%.

The main driver of Products growth was once again our hosting and operations offering in our own data centres in Denmark. This business is expected to account for around a quarter of Group revenue for the full year and has more than doubled its revenue and earnings over the past two years. We see significant further growth potential, as the focus on European data sovereignty among public bodies and private enterprises continues to support demand. We expect this to continue for several years as European governments and companies increasingly signal that they intend to take full ownership of, and responsibility for, their digital infrastructure.

Public sector customers accounted for 56% of revenue in Q3, up from 50% in Q2. We continue to pursue responsible, value-creating AI implementations, secure and sovereign hosting and operations in our own data centres, and improved government efficiency. We look forward to sharing more at our Capital Markets Day on 11 December in Copenhagen.”

Third quarter 2026

  • In Q3 2026, revenue amounted to EURm 61.0, an increase of 24% from Q3 2025. Organic growth was 28%. Adjusted for timing effects from hardware sales, organic revenue growth was 6%.
  • Adjusted EBITDA amounted to EURm 10.4, corresponding to 17% adj. EBITDA margin (Q3 2025: 15%) and growth of 40%.
  • EBIT amounted to EURm 5.8, corresponding to 9% EBIT margin (Q3 2025: 7%) and growth of 69%.
  • EBT amounted to EURm 4.7 (Q3 2025: 2.5), an increase of 87%.
    • Segments
      • Products total revenue increased by 76% to EURm 27.7, positively affected by timing of hardware sales and negatively affected by the deconsolidation of Trifork Security in Q4 2025. Products organic revenue increased 96% and 25% if adjusted for hardware effects. The adjusted EBITDA margin was 23% (Q3 2025: 27%).
      • Services revenue declined by -1% to EURm 33.3 (all organic) and realized an adjusted EBITDA margin of 16% (Q3 2025: 14%).

For the first time, Louvre Abu Dhabi opens its doors to digital assets and AI, as global finance leaders gather on 3 and 4 December.

ABU DHABI, UAE, Oct. 30, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Binance founder Changpeng Zhao will open Proof of Talk’s inaugural Gulf summit at Louvre Abu Dhabi on 3–4 December 2026, bringing together executives from global banks, asset managers and digital asset companies to examine how tokenisation, stablecoins and AI can be deployed in financial markets.

Following Proof of Talk’s Paris editions at the Louvre Palace, the Gulf edition marks the first summit Louvre Abu Dhabi has dedicated to digital assets and AI. It brings the programme to Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Cultural District, a setting shaped by cultural exchange and a meeting point between global markets. The summit takes place one week before the scheduled opening of Guggenheim Abu Dhabi.

Maurice Gravier, Group Chief Investment Officer at Emirates NBD, and representatives from Wio Bank and Abu Dhabi Investment Council will join Jenny Johnson, President and CEO of Franklin Templeton; Richard Teng, CEO of Binance; Brett Tejpaul, Co-CEO of Coinbase Institutional; and Kim Hochfeld, Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Cash, Digital and Securities Lending at State Street Investment Management.

Attendance is capped at 2,000 participants and the stage at 120 speakers. Admission is by application only, with no tickets or speaking slots for sale. The June 2026 Paris edition brought together 2,500 decision-makers and more than 120 speakers from institutions representing USD 25 trillion in assets under management.

Digital assets and AI will run across both days of the programme, with a principal AI block on 4 December examining the infrastructure supporting artificial intelligence in financial services and the practical requirements for institutional adoption.

StableDay will bring leaders from Morgan Stanley, Standard Chartered and Emirates NBD into closed-door roundtables on how stablecoins connect with banking, payments and settlement. Participation is restricted to C-level executives, with no audience: every seat is a speaking seat.

Proof of Pitch, the summit’s startup competition, has received more than 200 applications. Its jury includes investors from Pantera Capital, Spartan Group, dao5, RockawayX and Dragonfly, adding a venture investment perspective to a programme spanning established financial institutions and emerging technology businesses.

“In Paris, the Louvre stands for heritage. In Abu Dhabi, it stands for the bridge between cultures. And now it welcomes the future of finance,” said Zohair Dehnadi, Co-Founder and CEO of Proof of Talk. “That says a lot about how far digital assets and AI have come, from the fringe to the core. The people who decide what comes next will be here.”

Proof of Talk opens on 3 December, the day after the UAE’s 55th Eid Al Etihad, as Abu Dhabi’s major December calendar gets underway: the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix runs from 3–6 December, followed by Abu Dhabi Finance Week on 7–10 December and the scheduled opening of Guggenheim Abu Dhabi on 11 December.

Luna PR joins as Ecosystem Partner, supporting regional media engagement and communications.

“Institutions entering these markets need to explain what is changing for their clients, how risks are managed and where the commercial value lies,” said Nikita Sachdev, Founder and CEO of Luna PR. “Those answers will shape confidence in the next phase of digital finance.”

Organised by X Ventures, Proof of Talk Abu Dhabi takes place on 3–4 December 2026. Attendance applications and further information are available at proofoftalk.io/abu-dhabi.

About Proof of Talk

Born at the Louvre Palace in Paris, Proof of Talk is the executive summit where the leaders of global finance meet the people building the next financial system. It brings together the chief executives of the world’s largest asset managers, banks and payment networks with the founders, investors and regulators shaping digital assets, and with the AI leaders transforming them. After four sold-out editions in Paris, the summit comes to a second Louvre: on 3 and 4 December 2026, for the first time in its history, Louvre Abu Dhabi opens its doors to digital assets and AI. The Louvre stands for what no other venue can: heritage in Paris, a bridge between cultures in Abu Dhabi, and now the future of finance. Attendance is capped and granted by application only. Every speaker is selected by the programme team; no speaking slot is sold. proofoftalk.io

Secure Datasite data room access meets AI-powered scientific diligence to help life sciences dealmakers move faster

MINNEAPOLIS, Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Datasite, the essential infrastructure for mergers and acquisitions (M&A), today announced a partnership with Prudentia Sciences, a pioneer in AI-native dealmaking technology for life sciences. The partnership connects approved transaction materials in Datasite data rooms with Prudentia’s AI-powered scientific diligence workflows.

Life sciences transactions require buyers and investors to assess clinical evidence, mechanism of action, development stage, regulatory pathway, competitive landscape, and scientific risk under compressed timelines, while innovators need to protect sensitive transaction materials.

By connecting Prudentia Sciences with Datasite, dealmakers can bring approved deal documents into Prudentia’s review environment, where expert-developed frameworks help accelerate evidence-based assessments while preserving existing access controls. The result is a faster path from document review to diligence decisions, without requiring innovators to change how they manage transaction materials.

Through the connection, users can:

  • Link an existing Datasite data room to Prudentia’s diligence environment;
  • Manage and control access to data; and
  • Help prevent customer data from being used to train AI models.

This connection also allows users to significantly accelerate the diligence process, leading to faster, more evidence-based decisions.

“Life sciences diligence is exceptionally challenging,” said Nicholas Renter, Senior Vice President, Strategic Growth & Partnerships at Datasite. “By connecting Datasite data rooms with Prudentia’s scientific intelligence, we’re helping life sciences dealmakers evaluate complex assets faster while keeping sensitive transaction information protected.”

“Turning complex scientific evidence into clear conviction is a critical step in life sciences deal diligence,” said Sadiqa Mahmood, Founder and CEO of Prudentia Sciences. “With Datasite, we can give innovators a secure way to share their data and enable buyers and investors to quickly evaluate assets.”

This partnership is part of Datasite’s growing ecosystem of partner solutions that extend its secure deal infrastructure across the investment lifecycle. The Prudentia Sciences partnership adds specialized diligence capabilities for buyers, investors, and innovators evaluating pharmaceutical and biotech assets.

New precision crop insurance program for corn and soybean growers to expand across 15 states for the 2027 crop year

SAGE Website

CHICAGO and MENLO PARK, Calif., Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Aon plc (NYSE:AON), a leading global professional services firm, and SAGE, an AI-native agricultural risk intelligence company, today announced the launch of a new precision crop insurance program in the U.S. to assess agricultural risk more accurately and help price insurance more effectively.

In collaboration with AgriCap, a specialty agricultural insurance provider, the program will be available to corn and soybean growers in 15 states for the 2027 crop year. The coverage is designed to complement federal crop insurance by more precisely matching coverage to the value being protected and the underlying risk at the field level.

Federal crop insurance which covers nearly 90 percent of U.S. corn and soybean acreage1, is priced on the average risk in each county, even though risk varies widely from field to field, leaving many growers paying premiums that may not reflect their individual risk.

The new program is being tested through a four-county pilot developed by the Resilience in Agricultural Lending and Insurance Coalition (RALIC), with funding provided in part from the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. The pilot encompasses more than one million agricultural acres, representing approximately 12 percent of Michigan farmland.2,3

Aon brings leading Risk Capital data and analytics, capabilities and expertise to translate SAGE’s insights into insurance solutions and connects those solutions with the capital needed to support them.

“With this new approach, we can translate what is happening on the land into risk signals that the insurance market can understand and act upon,” said Jonathan Sherrill, Senior Vice President, Agriculture Resilience Center, Aon. “When we make resilience visible, it can be underwritten, which means we can syndicate capital behind it.”

SAGE has built deeply contextualized AI models that combine the observation and understanding of soil, water, weather and human interaction. By combining these complex data sets that historically could not be analyzed together at scale, patterns of risk and resilience can be understood that were previously difficult or impossible to identify.

“Farmers have understood that every field is different, but the ability of the USDA and the insurance industry to understand those differences at scale has been a significant obstacle,” said Bill Veghte, CEO and Co-Founder, SAGE. “The SAGE AI engine brings together billions of datapoints together in a way that simply wasn’t feasible before advancements in AI, creating a much clearer picture of the factors influencing risk and resilience from the individual field to the entire U.S. corn belt.”

“Field-level intelligence provides an opportunity to reward farmers’ investments in resilience through better crop insurance options,” said Robert Bonnie, former USDA Under Secretary for Farm Production and Conservation and SAGE co-founder.

The Michigan pilot represents an early demonstration of how field-level agricultural intelligence can support insurance solutions at scale. Building on those insights, Aon and SAGE are working with AgriCap as a preferred insurance partner for the 2027 crop cycle, providing an early proof point for a model designed to extend beyond a single geography, crop or project.

“Crop insurance is central to American agriculture and RALIC developed this pilot to test whether insurance could better recognize farmers who build resilience on their land,” said Tina Owens, Founder of RALIC, a program of Transformational Investing in Food Systems. “The work in Michigan is showing real demand from growers, and we are looking forward to helping expand precision crop insurance across the corn belt.”

Learn more about Aon’s Agricultural Resilience Center, which helps organizations better understand, quantify and manage agricultural risk through actionable resilience intelligence.

Growers and insurance agents interested in the precision crop insurance program can learn more ahead of the spring 2027 sign-up period at sage.ag.

SAGE was co-founded by Bill Veghte, CEO, a senior technology leader with deep farming roots; Robert Bonnie, who oversaw the federal crop insurance system as USDA’s Under Secretary for Farm Production and Conservation and spent three decades as a leader in land conservation, agriculture and forestry; and Deon Blaauw, an AI scientist with decades of software invention across a wide range of fields. Introducing Pacera Lease by AARO

Introducing Pacera Lease by AARO
Introducing Pacera Lease by AARO

Pacera Lease by AARO gives UK finance teams audit-ready lease numbers in weeks, not a year-end scramble, built on the proven AARO lease engine and reporting under FRS 102 and IFRS from the same contract data.

[Stockholm, Sweden / London, UK], 29 October 2026. Pacera today announced the UK launch of Pacera Lease by AARO, a lease accounting solution that helps finance teams get ready for their first year end under the revised FRS 102.

Pacera Lease by AARO is built on the proven AARO lease engine and backed by more than 30 years of accounting and group reporting software experience. It automates the calculations, journals and disclosures the new rules require, so every lease figure is accurate, traceable to a contract and ready for audit.

The revised FRS 102 (Section 20) applies to accounting periods beginning on or after 1 January 2026 and brings UK lease accounting closely in line with IFRS 16. Offices, vehicles and equipment that used to be treated as operating leases now have to sit on the balance sheet as a right-of-use asset and a lease liability. For calendar-year companies, the first-year end is 31 December 2026, so the focus has moved from planning to producing numbers that finance teams can explain and defend.

For most organisations, the initial calculation is not the hardest part, identifying a lease or following a lease modification is. Lease data typically sits across property, procurement, fleet and local site teams, in contracts, emails and spreadsheets. Leases that were off the balance sheet now affect gearing, EBITDA and covenant headroom, and boards, lenders and auditors want answers that trace back to a contract. Groups face extra complexity because the same lease often has to be reported locally under FRS 102, and to a parent under IFRS 16.

“Every finance team has the same first question: ‘can we trust the numbers and explain them to the auditor?’” said Toby Davidson, Chief Product Officer at Pacera. “Pacera Lease brings more than 30 years of accounting expertise and the AARO lease engine our customers have trusted since 2018. Every figure traces back to a contract or a revision, so the answer is yes.”

Pacera Lease by AARO is built for UK organisations and UK subsidiaries of international groups with many leases, sites, entities or currencies.  Delivered with ISO/IEC 27001 certified and EU data resident hosting, the ISAE 3402 Type II certified Pacera Lease by AARO solution delivered with 24/5 support and comprehensive training. It can be used on its own or as part of the Pacera Suite, our comprehensive Office of the CFO offering, covering consolidation, close and FP&A with our comprehensive accounting expertise behind each step.

What Pacera Lease by AARO delivers for each role in finance

Pacera Lease by AARO gives every role in finance a clear win. CFOs go into the board and lender conversation with answers, not estimates. They can see financials with and without the new lease effects, see the impact on EBITDA, gearing and key ratios. Group financial controllers get one consistent treatment across the group, with central control of every calculation and journal, and each contract valued in contract, functional and group currency. Financial controllers enter a contract once and report it twice: FRS 102 locally and IFRS 16 to the parent from the same data, on one engine that treats FRS 102 options as configuration rather than a rebuild.

Lease changes no longer mean starting again. Finance managers get automated right-of-use, liability, depreciation, interest and deferred tax calculations for every contract. Remeasurements are saved as revisions with the original kept, indexation runs in bulk, and journals go straight to the ERP without managing multiple versions of spreadsheet and any formula errors. Auditors can trace any number from the financial statements to the signed agreement in a few clicks. Getting started is just as quick: existing leases load from an Excel template, and most teams are live within weeks, well before the year-end close.

Availability

Pacera Lease by AARO is available to all UK customers. To learn more, or book a demo, or visit our Pacera Lease by AARO product page.
