The agent trust platform delivers self-improving agents, so enterprises can scale trust at the speed of AI

SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 28, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Monte Carlo, the leader in agent trust, today launched Bayes, an AI teammate that brings its platform capabilities into a single system to autonomously detect, troubleshoot, and fix issues across agents and the data they run on. Customers decide how much Bayes handles on its own, and agents improve with every fix.

Enterprises are deploying agents into production faster than they can keep them reliable. In a recent Deloitte survey, 70% of leaders said they don’t feel they can trust and govern their agents, and a 2026 Sinch study found that 74% of enterprises had rolled back or shut down a customer-facing AI agent after deploying it.

A typical AI engineer can keep only one to three agents and a handful of critical pipelines under real watch, as Monte Carlo has observed across its customer base. Every new deployment adds evaluation and debugging work existing teams can’t absorb. Trust erodes, scaling stalls, and AI ambitions go unrealized.

“It’s important for us to be able to monitor all dimensions of agent reliability including the context, behavior, and outputs,” said Shreye Saxena, Senior Data Scientist at Axios, a Monte Carlo customer. “If the injected data is incorrect, or if the trajectory is wrong and it produces a response without checking the database, then we’re not going to get the outcomes we need from our agent.”

Bayes provides the unlock. Acting as the central platform brain, it rapidly learns the unique landscape of a customer’s data and AI environment and deploys appropriate monitoring strategies. Like any new teammate, it takes on as much as the customer is ready to hand over — from a single task, like troubleshooting an alert, to a standing mandate to set up monitoring and triage, to executing fixes in the background.

Bayes covers the entire stack, from the outputs agents produce, up through the decisions they make, the context they retrieve, and ultimately all the way up to the data feeding them.

“Self-improving, autonomous agents are the holy grail every enterprise is chasing, but pulling it off has been elusive,” said Sanjeev Mohan, Principal, SanjMo, and former VP of Research at Gartner. “You have to see what agents actually do at runtime and trace it back through the system, all the way to the data. Monte Carlo has spent years on data observability and then agent observability, so Bayes feels like the next logical step. It builds trust from the data up, not the top down.”

Capabilities include:

  • Catching the agent failures real users hit in production, across traces and evals, without relying on golden datasets.
  • Taking action and resolving issues as they emerge. Bayes triages alerts directly and delivers agent fixes as draft pull requests or tickets for engineers to merge, then confirms the fix worked – so agents improve with every cycle.
  • Ensuring the data pipelines, tables, and products that agents depend on are reliable by autonomously configuring and tuning monitoring coverage based on what matters in each environment.
  • Working inside the tools engineers already use. Through MCP, the AI teammate connects to AI coding assistants and agent-first tools across the CI/CD pipeline, so resolutions execute directly within existing development workflows.

“Every enterprise wants more agents in production, and every one of them hits the same wall: there aren’t enough engineers to keep those agents trustworthy,” said Barr Moses, co-founder and CEO of Monte Carlo. “Bayes changes that math. It understands your agents and your data together, fixes what breaks, and gets better at your environment every day. Teams can now spend less time firefighting and more time shipping.”

Monte Carlo’s customers and partners are already seeing the impact, with Bayes helping enterprises detect 200% more incidents than their in-house systems, while flagging over 80% fewer false positive alerts.

Bayes also extends Monte Carlo’s partnership with Snowflake, which named Monte Carlo its 2026 Data & AI Governance Partner of the Year. Together, the two companies help joint customers build and run reliable agents on Snowflake.

“As enterprises put Cortex Agents into production across the AI Data Cloud, trust in both the agents and the data behind them is essential to realizing the value of AI,” said Venkat Suru, Principal Partner Solutions Engineer at Snowflake. “Snowflake provides a governed foundation for that work, and Monte Carlo extends that foundation to observe, fix, and continuously improve agents and the data that powers them. Bayes is an exciting next step in our partnership, helping joint customers scale trusted AI with confidence.”

Availability

Bayes is available today to Monte Carlo customers directly in the platform, in Slack, Microsoft Teams, and through MCP, so teams can work with it in the tools they already use. To learn more, visit montecarlo.ai.

About Monte Carlo

Monte Carlo is the agent trust platform enabling enterprises to observe, fix, and continuously improve production AI systems. Bayes, Monte Carlo’s AI teammate, learns each customer’s unique environment to autonomously resolve issues as they surface across agents and the data that powers them. As a result, engineering and data teams spend less time firefighting and more time shipping, so enterprises can scale trust at the speed of AI. More than 400 enterprises, including Amazon, PepsiCo, CNN, Nasdaq, and JetBlue, rely on Monte Carlo. Learn more at montecarlo.ai.

Opsera Forge, in production on 1,000+ enterprise projects, helps enterprises move SDLC to AI-SDLC, rebuilding their software delivery lifecycle with context, specs and guardrails to modernize what they have and innovate faster with measurable AI ROI

PALO ALTO, Calif., Oct. 28, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Opsera today announced its relaunch as an AI-native software factory, with Forge at its center. Forge is a governed, spec-driven software factory that helps enterprises modernize complex legacy estates and build new applications. Acting as an enterprise AI harness, Forge provides the persistent context, guardrails and traceability needed to turn legacy logic, architecture and business intent into reusable living specs and execution-ready work orders, enabling teams and AI agents to deliver software faster with control and without architectural drift.

The relaunch reflects the shift Opsera helps customers make, from a lifecycle built for people writing every line to an AI-SDLC where agents and people build together. Coding assistants speed up writing code, and Forge governs everything around it. Across two journeys, idea to production and legacy to modernized code, Forge grounds agents in enterprise context, turns business intent into a living spec and breaks it into reviewable work orders for any model, coding assistant or Forge’s own agent. A human stays in the loop throughout, with evals, security and compliance checks at every stage. The result is a software factory that makes modernization and new development repeatable and governed, not one-off projects.

“AI has changed how code gets written. It hasn’t yet changed how software gets delivered, how legacy systems get modernized or how AI investment gets measured. We rebuilt Opsera to solve those three problems,” said Kumar Chivukula, CEO of Opsera. “Enterprises keep their code, their models and their tools, and our AI-native software factory, with an AI harness at its core, gives them the context, specifications and guardrails to turn AI generated code or legacy code into applications they can ship, trust and measure.”

Forge is running in production on more than 1,000 projects across multiple enterprises, with a 99.8 percent success rate. Opsera customers have shortened time to market from two weeks to two days, cut token use by as much as 75 percent and saves up to $10 million in operating costs. Security reviews that previously took eight weeks now finish in hours.

Forge includes ForgeScore, a comprehensive modernization assessment that evaluates legacy codebases across eight dimensions: security, maintainability, system gravity, production resilience, cognitive load, logic narrative, semantic clarity and future proofing. The result is an actionable modernization blueprint based on technical risk, architectural complexity and AI readiness.

Opsera’s relaunch positions Forge as a software factory, a system meant to make modernization a repeatable, governed capability rather than a one-off project.

By partnering with Opsera, Belcorp, a multinational beauty corporation, has experienced a substantial decrease in task execution times.

“At Belcorp, we need more than faster code. We need an AI-driven SDLC that accelerates time to market, delivers measurable business outcomes and allows our talent to focus on strategic, high-value work. What once took weeks can now be achieved in minutes with an enterprise-grade modernization blueprint,” said Venkat Gopalan, chief digital, technology and data officer at Belcorp.

Opsera’s Unified Insights gives engineering, security and finance leaders one view of their AI investment: which tools, teams and workflows the spend goes to, how it’s changing delivery speed and quality, and whether it’s being used responsibly. Through tokenomics and token mapping, it connects AI spend directly to results like lower opex and leaner token usage.

Opsera’s portfolio also includes Forge for Salesforce, an agentic release automation for Salesforce, and Forge for Databricks, which brings orchestration and pipelines to Databricks workflows and data engineering teams.

Opsera is open by design. Forge integrates with Anthropic, OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Antigravity, DeepSeek and Devin, so enterprises keep the AI models and coding agents they’ve already standardized on, and Opsera connects more than 150 tools across development, security, cloud, testing and delivery. Customers in healthcare, manufacturing, technology, retail and other industries run Forge and Unified Insights in the cloud, on-premises or in hybrid environments.

Opsera offered an early look at its relaunch on Oct. 1 at Opsera Flutter 2026: The AI-SDLC Summit in San Carlos, Calif. The event brought together over 100 senior technology leaders to explore the future of autonomous software factories and AI-driven legacy modernization through keynotes and panel discussions.

For more information on the relaunched Opsera, please visit opsera.ai.

With Entytle’s team, customers and Insyghts platform joining RapidCanvas, the AI-native company gains deep domain expertise and rich context from the installed base aftermarket, strengthening its vertical focus

AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 28, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — RapidCanvas, a managed AI execution company, today announced it has acquired Entytle, the company that pioneered the Autonomous Aftermarket for B2B OEMs, whose AI agents find and capture untapped revenue across an OEM’s installed base.

Every OEM with a large installed base faces the same constraint: there aren’t enough people to stay proactively connected to every customer and every asset. So they serve the top accounts and leave the rest untended, not by choice, but by necessity. Entytle’s agents/AI monitor activity across an OEM’s installed base of assets and make recommendations for sales/marketing/service actions that drive revenue growth. By automating customer- and asset-facing workflows, OEMs can engage their entire installed base for the first time. That’s the Autonomous Aftermarket.

The announcement follows RapidCanvas’s $29 million Series B round, disclosed Oct. 21 and led by Vertex Ventures SEA & India with strategic anchor investment from Hitachi Ventures.

The acquisition includes Entytle’s technology, customers and employees. Entytle customers include Peerless Pump, Baker Hughes, GEA, Veolia and other similar B2B OEMs. Entytle customers will keep their current support team and gain access to the broader RapidCanvas platform and AI engineering bench.

Manufacturers sell machines that run for 10 to 30 years, which generate a long stream of parts and service revenue for the OEM after the sale, according to Entytle. Most sales teams cannot reach every buyer. Entytle’s agents take over that outreach in the background, covering prospecting, quoting and customer service.

“The industrial aftermarket is one of the most valuable and least visible parts of an Industrial OEM’s business; the bottleneck to unlocking aftermarket revenue has always been execution, not only insights. By bringing that Entytle team and platform together with RapidCanvas, we can turn aftermarket programs into AI-driven systems that run, learn and improve every day, and we can build them faster than anyone in the category,” said Rahul Pangam, co-founder and chief executive officer of RapidCanvas.

“For a long time I’ve believed that all vertical software is AI, and all AI is vertical software. Today that becomes real. OEMs are leaning into AI fast, and sitting on the sidelines is not an option. We asked ourselves whether to build an AI-native engine or join forces with one, and RapidCanvas was the clear standout for our customers and our vision,” said Vivek Joshi, CEO of Entytle.

“Industrial manufacturers have spent decades building enormous installed bases, but significant value remains unlocked. Entytle has built deep domain and data expertise in this vertical, and RapidCanvas brings the power of AI to drive business value at scale. The aftermarket has always been a driver of margins and valuation, and this combination will truly amplify that,” said Dinesh Katiyar, Partner at Accel.

Entytle’s aftermarket specialists will work with the RapidCanvas platform under its Hybrid Approach™, which pairs the AI platform with field AI engineers. The Insyghts name will remain and Vivek Joshi will serve as the general manager of the Aftermarket division of RapidCanvas.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Direct integration helps teams find gaps, assess risks and produce source-linked findings without moving files

MINNEAPOLIS, Oct. 27, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Datasite, the essential infrastructure for mergers and acquisitions (M&A), today announced a partnership with Emma Legal to connect Datasite’s live data rooms directly to Emma Legal’s AI workspace for legal due diligence. The integration helps legal teams review current deal documents and produce findings linked to the original documents.

Legal teams often review large, rapidly changing document sets against due diligence request lists under tight deal timelines. Downloading, reorganizing and re-uploading files adds manual work, increases the risk of reviewing incomplete or outdated materials and creates additional opportunities for data leakage. Identifying missing information, assessing contractual risk and turning findings into reliable legal advice also takes considerable time and coordination.

The direct connection preserves the data room’s folder structure and access controls while synchronizing Emma Legal’s workspace with the live document set. Teams can review current materials without downloading and re-uploading documents or rebuilding the data room in another system.

Through the connection, users can:

  • Automatically classify data room documents against the due diligence request list;
  • Identify missing or incomplete documents;
  • Assess contractual provisions against the firm’s own legal standards and transaction-specific requirements;
  • Prepare collaborative, source-linked findings for review and approval; and
  • Deliver a comprehensive legal due diligence report in the team’s preferred format.

Lawyers retain control of legal conclusions. They can review and approve findings for each document and flagged risk, with a full audit trail.

“AI is most useful when deal teams can apply it to trusted, current transaction data,” said Nicholas Renter, Senior Vice President, Strategic Growth & Partnerships at Datasite. “This connection reduces manual work and helps legal professionals focus on the risks that can affect a deal.”

“In complex transactions, the last thing lawyers want is to worry about downloading and uploading files. They need to understand the risks, verify the evidence and advise their clients with confidence,” said Rick van Esch, CEO and Co-founder at Emma Legal. “Connecting Emma Legal with Datasite gives teams a direct path from the data room to source-linked, lawyer-reviewed findings at state-of-the-art security standards.”

The integration preserves Datasite’s document access permissions and operates within Emma Legal’s security framework, which includes SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, CASA Tier 2, and GDPR compliance. Clients retain full ownership of their data, which is never used to train Emma Legal’s AI models. Emma Legal’s contracts include confidentiality clauses, a data processing agreement and service-level agreements.

The partnership builds on Datasite’s broader AI ecosystem and advances Datasite’s strategy of connecting trusted transaction data with the AI applications used by M&A, legal, advisory and investment professionals.

Powered by Eva’s AI, the new platform turns live sports data into clear predictions, probabilities and betting insights while opening a broader pipeline of consumer AI products

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 27, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Eva Live Inc. (NASDAQ: GOAI) (“Eva Live” or the “Company”), an artificial intelligence and technology company today announced the launch of EvaSportsPredict, an AI-powered sports prediction platform built to help fans make smarter, more informed decisions before the game begins.

Powered by Eva’s AI technology, EvaSportsPredict evaluates team performance, scoring trends, player and personnel data, venue conditions, sportsbook odds and other relevant signals. The platform converts that information into clear game predictions, projected scores, over-under probabilities, confidence levels and potential value opportunities.

“Sports fans have access to more information than ever, but more data does not automatically lead to better decisions,” Eva Live said. “EvaSportsPredict turns that noise into a clear signal. Eva evaluates the matchup, explains what the model sees and gives every user a more intelligent way to approach the game.”

One intelligent platform across multiple sports

EvaSportsPredict supports professional and college baseball, football, hockey and basketball. Each sport uses a dedicated model designed around the factors that influence that game rather than one generic formula applied across every league.

Members can explore daily matchups, review the platform’s strongest selections, track their own picks, evaluate historical performance and compare their results with Eva. The platform also records timestamped forecasts and final outcomes so its models can be measured, recalibrated and improved as more completed-game data becomes available.

“We are not building another page full of picks,” Eva Live, Inc CEO David Boulette said. “We are building an accountable sports intelligence platform that measures itself, learns from its results and becomes more useful as its dataset grows.”

A large and highly engaged opportunity

Sports fans increasingly follow games with a second screen open, looking for fast, understandable analysis before and during a matchup. EvaSportsPredict is built for that moment. It brings modeling, market context, personal tracking, competition and rewards into a single experience designed for participation rather than passive consumption.

By making advanced sports analysis easier to understand, Eva Live sees an opportunity to serve both experienced bettors and everyday fans who want a more informed view of the games they already follow.

A recurring revenue model designed to scale

EvaSportsPredict uses a direct-to-consumer subscription model. New members can try the platform free for 14 days, after which a standard membership is $19.99 per month. The free trial lowers the barrier to adoption, while paid memberships create recurring revenue as the subscriber base grows.

Features such as personalized pick tracking, value alerts, performance history, challenges, rewards and leaderboards are designed to give members reasons to return throughout each sports season. Eva Live expects that ongoing engagement to support subscriber retention and create a more durable relationship than a one-time transaction.

As Eva Live introduces additional Eva-powered products, the company will also have opportunities to cross-promote services, introduce bundled memberships and expand the value of each customer relationship. Those future offerings could extend the recurring-revenue model beyond sports while allowing the company to build on one shared AI platform.

The first of many Eva powered products

EvaSportsPredict is the first public product in a broader rollout built around applying Eva’s AI to real-world decisions and everyday experiences. Eva Live plans to introduce additional Eva-powered products over the next several weeks, each focused on turning complex information into practical intelligence people can use.

“EvaSportsPredict is the opening kickoff,” Eva Live said. “Sports is an ideal place to demonstrate what Eva can do because the results are public, measurable and impossible to hide. Every prediction creates accountability, every outcome creates an opportunity to learn, and this is only the beginning.”

EvaSportsPredict is available now at evasportspredict.com.

(“Questor” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: QST) announces the appointment of Audrey Mascarenhas, F.C.A.E., P.Eng., as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Ms. Mascarenhas succeeds Mike Lindsay, who served as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer since April 2026.

Ms. Mascarenhas has been with Questor since 1999 and has spent more than 25 years developing and commercializing its clean combustion technology and continues to grow its role in effective emissions reduction for the oil and gas, energy, industrial, and municipal sectors. She served as President and Chief Executive Officer from 2005 to April 2026. Before Questor, she spent 17 years at Gulf Canada Resources (1982–1999) in upstream exploration and corporate transactions, giving her more than four decades of experience in the energy industry. She is a professional engineer with deep experience in commercializing clean technology, serving international energy markets, and TSXV governance and disclosure, including her board experience at TMX Group Limited.

“Questor’s technology has a strong track record in achieving unprecedented performance, and interest from our global and local clients remains high. My priority is to bring value-add solutions to our clients, with disciplined execution and a clear focus on clients who value what we do. I am grateful to the shareholders and employees who continue to support the Company, and I look forward to getting back to work,” said Ms. Mascarenhas.

The Company’s annual general meeting, originally scheduled for June 24, 2026, was rescheduled to June 15, 2026, and subsequently postponed despite indications from the proxy tally that shareholders wanted a change. The meeting was finally held on September 9, 2026, and shareholders again voted for a change in Board composition. The Company incurred significant costs associated with the proxy contest and related proceedings. The Company’s new Board is aligned with and invested in Questor’s success and, with the leadership transition complete, is focused on disciplined execution, commercial growth and long-term value for shareholders.

Questor now moves forward with renewed focus on its global and local opportunities. Discussions with Tier 1 clients have resumed following Ms. Mascarenhas’ return, and the Board and management believe the Company is well positioned to convert this renewed engagement into long-term growth for shareholders.

The Legets acquisition strengthens OutSolve’s HR Compliance as a Service model by connecting expert-led support with intelligent technology built to move at the pace of regulatory change

METAIRIE, La., Oct. 27, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — OutSolve, a leading national HR Compliance as a Service (HR CaaS) provider, announces the acquisition of Legets from Reis Holdings, a Florida-based holding company with specialization in AI development. The acquisition is OutSolve’s 18th since 2016 and continues its strategy of bringing together specialized expertise and capabilities to help employers manage HR compliance in ways that fit today’s workplace.

OutSolve’s acquisition of Legets addresses a growing challenge for employers: navigating federal regulatory rollbacks alongside expanding state and local requirements. In the past 18 months through October 2026, employers faced more than 400 federal and state employment-related legal changes.

Legets adds AI-assisted regulatory monitoring to OutSolve’s expert-led HR Compliance as a Service model, connecting the identification of regulatory changes with expert interpretation and action planning. The acquisition expands OutSolve’s ability to bring compliance technology and advisory support together under one provider.

Legets technology will power Compliance Intelligence within the OutSolve platform. The planned integration will connect regulatory management with consultants’ guidance and sit alongside services for:

  • Form I-9 and employment verification
  • Federal and state reporting
  • Compensation and pay equity; and
  • Labor law posters

Technology alone does not make an organization compliant. OutSolve’s consultants remain central to its service model, interpreting regulatory changes, assessing their relevance to each employer, and guiding the appropriate response. Legets adds regulatory monitoring technology to support that expert-led approach.

For employers, this acquisition comes with the benefits of:

  • Facilitating earlier visibility into changes to employment regulations at the federal and state levels
  • Understanding the impact of each change so HR sees what matters most first
  • Turning each change into proactive planning with tasks, owners and due dates
  • Creating an audit trail for documentation and readiness

“Every HR leader feels the same pressure. The laws are changing faster than any team can track manually. AI-enablement gives us additional horsepower, but HR compliance still needs an experienced driver,” said Jeremy Mancheski, founder and CEO of OutSolve, “Our experts bring context, help clients interpret developments, and determine how to respond. The Legets acquisition strengthens the connection between regulatory awareness and expert-led support.”

“OutSolve clients don’t just need to know what regulations have changed,” said Nathan Stenz, vice president of Product Strategy at OutSolve. “They need to know if a change applies to them, what to do about it, and who owns the next step to remain compliant. OutSolve’s acquisition of Legets enables us to support our clients from detection to action, with our consultants guiding every step.”

International AI Management Standard Demonstrates Commitment to Accountability, Transparency, and Security in AI-Enabled Legal Services

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 26, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — ProSearch today announced that it has achieved ISO/IEC 42001 certification, the world’s first international standard for Artificial Intelligence Management Systems (AIMS). ProSearch is among the first eDiscovery providers to earn it. The milestone, achieved alongside the successful renewal of the company’s ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27017, and ISO/IEC 27018 certifications, reinforces ProSearch’s commitment to responsible AI governance, information security, and data privacy across its technology, services, and operations.

Corporate legal departments are being asked to adopt AI while answering harder questions from risk committees, regulators, and their own clients about how it is governed. ISO/IEC 42001 gives buyers an independent, internationally recognized answer: a certified management system covering how AI-related risk is identified, controlled, and overseen throughout the AI life cycle.

“AI is transforming how legal teams manage information, conduct discovery, and make critical decisions, but innovation must be accompanied by accountability,” says Debora Jones, chief operating officer of ProSearch. “Achieving ISO 42001 certification demonstrates that responsible AI is not simply a principle we advocate. It is embedded in how we govern our technology, manage risk, and deliver services. For our clients, this provides another level of confidence that we are applying AI thoughtfully, securely, and with the rigor their most sensitive legal matters demand.”

The certification was issued by Mastermind Assurance, LLC, an accredited management systems certification body, on October 15, 2026. It covers the AI management system supporting ProSearch’s eDiscovery operations, including the intake, storage, processing, and hosting of client data. It also covers governance of how AI is developed, tested, and approved for use in that work.

The certification follows a yearlong, cross-functional effort to build and independently validate ProSearch’s AI management system, including the policies, controls, training, and oversight the standard requires.

The ISO/IEC 42001 certification complements ProSearch’s existing security and privacy certifications, including ISO/IEC 27001 for information security management, ISO/IEC 27017 for cloud security controls, and ISO/IEC 27018 for protecting personally identifiable information in public cloud environments. Together, these certifications reflect ProSearch’s continued investment in governance frameworks designed to support the security, privacy, and responsible use of emerging technologies.

For corporate legal departments and law firms navigating the rapid adoption of AI, ProSearch’s certification provides independent validation of its AI management practices. As AI-powered workflows become more deeply integrated into document review, investigations, and legal operations, this level of governance helps organizations evaluate service providers with greater confidence.

“Corporate legal departments are under increasing pressure to take advantage of AI while maintaining control over sensitive information and managing risk,” adds Jones. “We believe providers have a responsibility to demonstrate that their AI governance practices are as sophisticated as the technologies they deploy. This certification reflects the significant work our teams have undertaken to meet that responsibility and reinforces our commitment to earning our clients’ trust every day.”

About ProSearch
ProSearch is a leading provider of legal intelligence, eDiscovery, and AI-powered solutions that help corporations and law firms manage complex litigation, regulatory, privacy, and investigative matters. By combining advanced technology, data expertise, and legal services, ProSearch enables clients to uncover critical insights, accelerate decision-making, and reduce the cost and complexity of legal work. VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Oct. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Encore Technologies Corp. (“Encore” or the “Company”) (CSE: ENCR) is pleased to highlight a major on-orbit technology milestone achieved by portfolio company, Solstar Space Co. (“Solstar”), following the successful demonstration of Solstar’s space communications technology during an ongoing NASA proximity operations mission.

Highlights:

  • NASA Mission Success: Solstar successfully demonstrated its technology in space during an operational NASA mission.
  • Technology Validated in Orbit: Solstar connected two spacecraft and helped deliver NASA mission data back to Earth on the Iridium Network.
  • Encore Expands Space Focus: Following its US$1.16 million investment in Solstar, Encore is strengthening its focus and leadership in the rapidly growing space sector.

The milestone comes shortly after Encore’s approximately US$1.16 million strategic investment in Solstar and represents an important validation of the investment thesis behind Encore’s growing exposure to the commercial space economy.

Encore is also announcing the appointment of Company co-founder and capital markets executive Matthew Sroka to its Board of Directors as part of a board reconstitution that will see founding shareholder and Director James Reid resign from the board of directors.

With its investment in Solstar and the recent addition of former Commander of the Royal Canadian Air Force Lieutenant-General (Ret’d) Michael Hood as Strategic Advisor, Encore is building deeper expertise and exposure within the rapidly developing commercial and defence space infrastructure markets.

Solstar Technology Successfully Deployed in Operational NASA Mission

Solstar recently demonstrated its Deke™ Space Communicator during NASA’s R5-S10 proximity operations mission involving NASA’s CubeSat and Momentus’ Vigoride-7 orbital service vehicle.

Solstar’s technology established a space-to-space Wi-Fi connection between the spacecraft, capturing mission imagery and sensor data and relaying mission-critical information back to NASA personnel at Johnson Space Center through the Iridium satellite network. During approximately 30 minutes of proximity operations, Deke collected more than 2,300 files, including imagery and optical, infrared and LiDAR sensor data.

The mission represents a significant milestone for Solstar, advancing its communications architecture from technology development to demonstrated on-orbit capability during an operational NASA mission. The demonstration validated key elements of an end-to-end communications architecture designed to support increasingly connected and autonomous space operations, with potential applications across satellites, orbital servicing, commercial space stations and future lunar operations.

For Encore, the successful mission provides important validation of its investment thesis in Solstar, demonstrating the technology in a live orbital environment alongside NASA, Momentus and Iridium, while reinforcing Encore’s growing focus on the commercial space economy.

Solstar’s Joint News Release with NASA

Stephen Kukucha, Chief Executive Officer of Encore, commented:

“When we invested in Solstar, we believed communications infrastructure would become increasingly critical as activity in orbit expands. What Solstar has now accomplished with NASA is an important validation of that thesis.

This wasn’t a laboratory demonstration. Solstar’s technology operated in space during a NASA mission, connected spacecraft in orbit and helped move mission data back to Earth through the Iridium network. That is an important distinction.

We believe the next generation of space infrastructure will require persistent and reliable connectivity between spacecraft, operators and Earth. Solstar is building technology aimed directly at that requirement, and we believe this successful mission materially strengthens its position as the commercial space economy develops.”

Board Reconstitution

Encore is also pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew Sroka, a co-founder of Encore and Managing Partner of Three Peaks Capital, to the Company’s Board of Directors.

Mr. Sroka has more than 16 years of experience across international capital markets, corporate finance and company formation. He has played a senior role in more than $200 million of public and private financings and has helped build, finance and structure companies and transactions across multiple international markets and stock exchanges. His experience spans capital formation, corporate structuring, M&A, institutional investor development and the advancement of emerging companies from early-stage formation through public-market growth.

Mr. Sroka’s appointment adds significant capital markets and corporate development experience to the Board as Encore evaluates opportunities to expand its exposure to emerging technology and infrastructure markets.

In connection with the Board reconstitution, James Reid will resign as a director of the Company.

Encore extends its sincere appreciation to Mr. Reid for his contributions as a founding director and for his important role in guiding the Company through its formation and successful listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
