Eva Live Inc Launches EvaSportsPredict an AI Powered Sports Prediction Platform

Powered by Eva’s AI, the new platform turns live sports data into clear predictions, probabilities and betting insights while opening a broader pipeline of consumer AI products

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 27, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Eva Live Inc. (NASDAQ: GOAI) (“Eva Live” or the “Company”), an artificial intelligence and technology company today announced the launch of EvaSportsPredict, an AI-powered sports prediction platform built to help fans make smarter, more informed decisions before the game begins.

Powered by Eva’s AI technology, EvaSportsPredict evaluates team performance, scoring trends, player and personnel data, venue conditions, sportsbook odds and other relevant signals. The platform converts that information into clear game predictions, projected scores, over-under probabilities, confidence levels and potential value opportunities.

“Sports fans have access to more information than ever, but more data does not automatically lead to better decisions,” Eva Live said. “EvaSportsPredict turns that noise into a clear signal. Eva evaluates the matchup, explains what the model sees and gives every user a more intelligent way to approach the game.”

One intelligent platform across multiple sports

EvaSportsPredict supports professional and college baseball, football, hockey and basketball. Each sport uses a dedicated model designed around the factors that influence that game rather than one generic formula applied across every league.

Members can explore daily matchups, review the platform’s strongest selections, track their own picks, evaluate historical performance and compare their results with Eva. The platform also records timestamped forecasts and final outcomes so its models can be measured, recalibrated and improved as more completed-game data becomes available.

“We are not building another page full of picks,” Eva Live, Inc CEO David Boulette said. “We are building an accountable sports intelligence platform that measures itself, learns from its results and becomes more useful as its dataset grows.”

A large and highly engaged opportunity

Sports fans increasingly follow games with a second screen open, looking for fast, understandable analysis before and during a matchup. EvaSportsPredict is built for that moment. It brings modeling, market context, personal tracking, competition and rewards into a single experience designed for participation rather than passive consumption.

By making advanced sports analysis easier to understand, Eva Live sees an opportunity to serve both experienced bettors and everyday fans who want a more informed view of the games they already follow.

A recurring revenue model designed to scale

EvaSportsPredict uses a direct-to-consumer subscription model. New members can try the platform free for 14 days, after which a standard membership is $19.99 per month. The free trial lowers the barrier to adoption, while paid memberships create recurring revenue as the subscriber base grows.

Features such as personalized pick tracking, value alerts, performance history, challenges, rewards and leaderboards are designed to give members reasons to return throughout each sports season. Eva Live expects that ongoing engagement to support subscriber retention and create a more durable relationship than a one-time transaction.

As Eva Live introduces additional Eva-powered products, the company will also have opportunities to cross-promote services, introduce bundled memberships and expand the value of each customer relationship. Those future offerings could extend the recurring-revenue model beyond sports while allowing the company to build on one shared AI platform.

The first of many Eva powered products

EvaSportsPredict is the first public product in a broader rollout built around applying Eva’s AI to real-world decisions and everyday experiences. Eva Live plans to introduce additional Eva-powered products over the next several weeks, each focused on turning complex information into practical intelligence people can use.

“EvaSportsPredict is the opening kickoff,” Eva Live said. “Sports is an ideal place to demonstrate what Eva can do because the results are public, measurable and impossible to hide. Every prediction creates accountability, every outcome creates an opportunity to learn, and this is only the beginning.”

EvaSportsPredict is available now at evasportspredict.com.

Executives from Shopify, JLL and Groupe Dynamite Join WareMatch’s Advisory Board

Shopify’s former Global Head of Shipping & Fulfillment, Maia Benson, JLL’s current Global Logistics Growth Lead for EMEA and APAC, Guy Gueirard, and Groupe Dynamite’s former Chief Digital Officer, Max Boyer, will help drive WareMatch’s product development and digital growth while accelerating its global expansion.

MONTREAL, Oct. 26, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — WareMatch, a global 3PL marketplace and bidding platform, announced that Maia Benson, Guy Gueirard and Max Boyer have joined its advisory board. WareMatch connects shippers and ecommerce brands with third-party logistics (3PL) providers through a transparent marketplace. Shippers/brands compare providers and receive competing bids, while 3PLs gain a channel to market their capacity and win new business.

Where WareMatch is Going

Working alongside WareMatch’s co-founders Ryan Kalisky, Ben Toulch and the CTO Rahul Bains, the advisors will help guide the company’s global product strategy and growth. They will also help drive product development, digital growth, adoption among brands and 3PLs, and expansion across EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) and APAC (Asia-Pacific).

“We couldn’t be more excited to bring this all-star group of advisors together. Each of the three new members brings a distinct area of expertise to WareMatch. Maia will guide product strategy, helping shape how the platform develops as it serves more shippers and logistics providers. Max will support the company’s digital marketing and business development efforts, with a focus on building the strategies that drive new partnerships and customer acquisition. Guy brings experience in contract logistics and international markets, and will advise WareMatch as it expands beyond its current footprint. Together, their combined experience gives WareMatch the guidance it needs for its next stage of growth.”

— Ryan Kalisky, CEO

Meet the Advisors

Maia Benson: Product Strategy

Maia Benson is Chief Commercial Officer at GCG and brings more than two decades of experience scaling technology businesses. Shopify’s second U.S. employee, she later became Global Head of Shipping & Fulfillment, helping grow shipping and fulfillment into multibillion-dollar lines of business and secure $1 billion in investment for the Shopify Fulfillment Network. She also scaled venture-backed FlavorCloud through logistics partnerships and launched Pitney Bowes’ multi-carrier SendPro. At WareMatch, Benson will help shape product and commercial strategy around fulfillment. Benson is also an active investor, board member, Cornell educator, and mentor.

“It’s time for brands to be able to buy warehousing services with one-click checkout. Powered by AI and connected to core supply-and-demand systems, WareMatch’s commerce platform helps brands know what to buy, buy it at a fair price, and measure its value after purchase. On the supply side, commercial real estate owners and 3PLs gain inventory and yield management capabilities that aren’t available in the market today. I’m excited to join the advisory board and support the product vision, the team and its growth.”

— Maia Benson

Guy Gueirard:  International Strategy

Guy Gueirard is JLL’s Global Logistics Growth Lead and EMEA & APAC Logistics Lead. His JLL experience spans logistics and industrial real estate, agency and consulting, working with EMEA country leads and regional leaders in APAC and the Americas. Before JLL, he held senior roles at Kuehne + Nagel and CEVA Logistics. He will advise WareMatch on international expansion and product strategy, including how its bidding software can make logistics capacity easier to source.

“In an ever more volatile and uncertain world, agility is essential. I believe WareMatch solutions can help the logistics industry face these challenges. This is why I am excited to join the WareMatch advisory board.”

— Guy Gueirard

Max Boyer: Digital Growth

Max Boyer brings experience in ecommerce, brand marketing and data-driven growth. He served as Chief Digital Officer at Groupe Dynamite from 2023 to 2026 and previously spent nearly seven years as Executive Vice President of Growth at SSENSE. At WareMatch, he will help shape WareMatch’s global digital strategy, including traditional search and SEO, strengthen our visibility in the ever-evolving search landscape of GEO and AI, and triangulate other avenues to accelerate digital visibility.

“WareMatch has the ingredients of a category-defining company: a large and fragmented market, a painful problem for customers, and a technology platform that can fundamentally improve how the industry works. I’m excited to work with the team to accelerate growth on both sides of the marketplace, deepen WareMatch’s value to brands and 3PLs, and build a scalable growth engine that can support the company’s next stage.”

— Max Boyer

Brands looking for warehousing or 3PL fulfillment providers, and 3PL providers interested in listing facilities, can reach us at WareMatch.
